You pay $60 upfront for a diagnosis, which is applicable to any repair charge. Then you can wait in the shop or come back (usually takes around 2 hours, they told me). I ended up paying $200 for a new screen, which probably is reasonable although I didn't research prices. The young man who waited on me was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. And I am delighted (and relieved) to have my phone working again. I definitely would recommend this shop to anyone who needs cell phone repair.
