I have used Country Maids several times now. Every person that has come to clean has been wonderful. The house is clean, smells great and I am very happy with the results. The price is reasonable as well. Thank you Country Maids!

I purchased a new home and wanted it to be cleaned thoroughly before moving in furniture. I had two ladies arrive. Everly was absolutely wonderful, and she did a great job on the top floor of the house. No complaints at all! Punctual, extremely thorough, and a very nice person. The second lady (name omitted here) arrived quite late (45 minutes) and did not do a thorough job. I had to clean almost everything again later that day. The only thing I did not have to re-clean were the floors. I was prompted for feedback by the company and gave them my honest opinion. I did not receive a response back and was billed for the full two hours for the two ladies with no consideration to my experience. I have hired another service to do a second cleaning at a different location, and if my feedback had been addressed, I would have happily given Country Maids a second shot. Because of the silence, I hired a different company.

Everything went extremely well. Sheryl quickly responded to my request for service and kept in contact with me from scheduling through completion of work. She was very conscientious about making sure that her staff arrived as planned and that cleaning was done to my satisfaction. Neko arrived on time, brought her own cleaning supplies and equipment, confirmed the areas to be cleaned and tasks to be done. She worked quickly, quietly and efficiently and checked to make sure that the cleaning was done to my satisfaction.

I think they are thorough, honest, and trustworthy. They communicate very well. I think they have been providing service for 9 months.

The cleaners were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and overall great. They were good about communicating, confirming, and just keeping in touch in general. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

I knew my house was going to be clean but never, ever expected it to be to this level. It smelled fabulous (light and fresh/clean) and the attention to detail was much more than I asked or expected. On time, equipped, and an outstanding performance.

Fantastic! Sheryl was very easy to work with. She took the time to come out and look at my home and estimate the time it would take for a throughout cleaning. The actual cleaning exceeded my expectations. I don't think my home has ever looked so good. They have earned my ongoing business.

She arrived early and worked hard until our house was clean. This was easily the best experience we have ever had with a maid service. Our house looks wonderful. She even cleaned out our oven and microwave. Thanks Country Maid!

I would highly recommend Sheryl and her cleaning crew. When our tenants moved out, they hired a different cleaning service to clean the house, but the house still needed cleaning. When I called Sheryl, she was able to give me a general estimate over the phone and scheduling an appointment was very easy. She was even able to fit me into the schedule within a few days, which was very important to me. Sheryl was very responsive to both phone calls and emails. She was easy to communicate with and made sure to ask specifically what we would like cleaned. Her crew did a fabulous job, and the house sparkled when they were done! Pricing was reasonable, I received an invoice in a timely manner, and Sheryl even followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. I would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

They cleaned the stove, microwave and refrigerator instead and out. They also wiped down the inside of all the kitchen cabinets. It was a joy having them make our apartment a home.

While Melinda was running late, she gave my home her full attention and did a beautiful and thorough job. She was kind, respectful, and I was very pleased. Scheduling with Sheryl went well and I look forward to using Country Maids in the future!

We were very pleased with the responsiveness when we contacted Country Maid through Angie's List. We heard back within a day and were able to schedule someone to come out and clean our home within a week. The work was done well and with professionalism. I will definitely use Country Maid again.
