remodeling, basement remodeling
+ 0 moreIt went well and much quicker then I thought it would. They started with removing all the old Sheetrock at my request and they found the old insulation was really bad, which Mark expected. He worked on the bedroom I wanted framed in and took the changes I through at him in stride. I added a few closets, more insulation, duct work, and plumbing and he was able to accommodate and gets sub contractors in to complete the project. Lucky for Mark I bought a fixer upper house so he will be getting more work in the future from me.
Description of Work: Construction Resource and Mark Sanderson was very good to work with. I was having my basement completely gutted and remodeled. I took bids from 3 companies and Marks was the most up front with pricing and made me feel comfortable hiring them. He gave a bid that described the work I wanted complete and gave me the likely issues we would see once the walls were opened up. The Project ended up being new Sheetrock and insulation on all the existing walls, framing in a new bedroom, remodeling a bathroom from scratch, replacing a wood burning stove with a Gas Fireplace and replacing the finishes, floors, etc.

+ -1 moreThe gentlemen at Construction Resource were efficient and professional. They removed our old decking and handled the disposal. They pulled all permitting necessary and managed the inspections. They dug new footings and built an entirely new deck. They recommended hidden screws for our composite deck and designed a picture framing style that matches the rail. Once the structure was complete it took them a day and a half to finish the deck, coming on Saturday morning to finish the details. We were very impressed with Construction Resource and highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Construction Resource tore down our old decking and handled the removal of material. They built us a new deck with railing and stairs. We selected composite decking and they created picture framing on the deck for aesthetics and differentiation.
