+ -1 moreIt went great! A very professional presentation, quiet but obviously confident and well trained in flooring. Eric met our schedule without hesitation and did an amazing job on the floor replacement. He started when he said he would, he laid out what stages would happen on what days. He asked if we had a preference for the time of day he would start (7 a.m. was fine by us), and he was there as promised. By bringing all of the other floors up to the same buff & coat schedule, we'll be able to call on him in a few years for upkeep--and will. There are some very well-established flooring companies in the neighborhood, but when all of them are booked 3-6 months, and I had only 3 weeks he was the oasis in the desert.
Description of Work: Responded to inquiry for floor replacement in one room, buff & coat in three additional rooms on a tight turn. Immediately made a date to see the project and write an estimate. Promised he had the capacity to get the job done on our schedule.

Description of Work: Eric was reasonably prompt in getting back to us and made time for an estimate right away. We are selling the house and wanted it done as soon as possible. He was about 10 days out at the time but volunteered to come in and get it done over the weekend--Friday through Sunday. | |He sanded and refinished about 700 sq. feet of oak floors and the final product is spectacular. We wouldn't hesitate to use Eric again, as well as recommend him to others. We also had vinyl flooring done by J. O. Thompson and Eric coordinated with them to get a final finished transition between rooms.

+ -1 moreEric did a great job. He did 4 bedrooms, our hallway and the landings of the steps on our staircase. It took a while but it was well worth it. I have already recommended him to others who are also very happy with his work.
