I talked to him on the phone while he was in his office, he didn't come to the house. He went into the computer and found some virus' and cleaned everything up and it was been working good.

Very professional. Answered all my questions and got me up and running within 15 minutes. Knowledgable and thorough.

They were able to find and remove a blank disc that was stuck between the chasis and the disk drive. They removed a well burried virus that was preventing information was being stored to hard drive. Found that computer virus software was making issue worse--so they replaced the version I was using. They did a back up, but I lost Microsoft Outlook Programs and LP Recorder. I had a lot of data on the computer and the only things I lost were Microsoft Programs (not the data) and LP Recorder (data and program). At home, I tried to back up the lost information but the virus had corrupted the data. Did I mention that they did all this work the week before Christmas? I have brought my computers to them for repair several times over the past few years and I have found that they always do a fantastic job. They are usually faster and better informed than other computer repair services in the area. I will definately go back to them.

I brought the computer in and the next day it was done. They had removed the spyware, reinstalled some software that was improperly installed. Now the computer works like a charm. I have used their services before and I have been very impressed with their professionalism.
