The handyman, Brion, arrived, we went over the measurements of the existing door and opening, and the new door I bought, he said no problem, I said let me know if you need anything i will be right inside, plus there was another project on the list inside the house. He left. He sent me a text message that he couldn't do the job. A text message. From my backyard. I immediately called him and the company, no answer. Shocked that a professional would handle a situation like this. If the door won't fit, tell me what door to buy! And talk to me, dont send a text and leave.

After speaking with Brion our technician, he states, with further inspection of this door replacement project had revealed carpentry work at the threshold area that would need to be completed prior to the installation of the door and that this is not uncommon in older homes. Our handyman company does not have a carpenter on staff. Once you have that area readied for the door installation, we would be happy to return and install your new door at a discounted rate for your inconvenience in this matter. Thank you Perry
