Extremely well. Dave O'Dell was extremely professional, personable and punctual. He was very honest about what he could and couldn't do and came up with another option to attempt to see if it would help. He was very honest about the possibility of the experiment not removing all of the smell. There is only a very slight hint of the smell left which is VERY MUCH improved from the start of the project. Highly recommend Dave!

They were really good. I liked that they came out and actually measured and gave me the price which was good.

They did a very good job. They came when they said they were going to. They cleaned the rug and got all of the stains out. They were pleasant when they were here. They were careful with things.

They called around about having a special offer, so I took them up on it. They came out once and did an okay job, there were a few spots that were left in a high traffic area. So when they called with the follow up I told them that I still had some spots so they sent someone back out. The second time they did a great job. They come out and do the job if there are any problems then they come back out. I like that they do the follow up call. They have reasonable discount prices and specials.

One bathroom is cleanable and the other one had tiles that couldn't really be cleaned with there cleaner. The work is absolutely beautiful. He said that if I didn't want him to clean the bathroom that wouldn't be helped by their chemicals, then he would drop the price off the hook.

They did a very good job and I was very happy with the results. They were very respectful, courteous and professional. They took precautionary measures to make sure everything remained clean. They were on time and finished the work in timely manner. The only drawback was that the price was a little higher.

I have recommended them to others. They are professional and will let you know if they cannot get something cleaned up front. I highly recommend them for any cleaning services.

Very disappointing. Representative left the door open after he left and a squirrel got into the house. The squirrel made a mess. When I called the supervisor, he said this is common. Not sure if he meant that they usually leave the door open after they leave someone's home or if they let squirrels into the house frequently. In either case, the supervisor downplayed the importance. Biggest concern is safety! What if an intruder or larger animal got into the house? I have a 2 and 3 year old daughter. Based on how they handled the situation, I would not recommend using Coit.

Carpet looked good afterwards. Some spots came back. He didn't do a lot of pre-treating.

The final cost was the same as the estimate. They provided good quality work for reasonable prices. They did a very good job. They managed to get candle wax out of my silk couch. I was satisfied with the carpet cleaning. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be using them again very soon.

They tried to double charge us and when they gave us the bill we asked why was it 10,000 dollars and they had written several things twice. So we ended up paying the normal price but it was still more than we had anticipated.

They did a very good job. The technician who came out was very professional and was on time. I would recommend them.

I needed the work done and they did it for me. They did a fine job. The only downside was that they told me they would move the furniture. They charged me a small amount for this and there was a difference in what the sales person told me and what the carpet cleaner told me. This was disappointing. I would use them again in the future.

These air ducts were at least 18 years old, maybe older. They had never been cleaned before. They showed up when they said they would and did not make a mess.

After agreeing upon the service, the estimator from Coit took down the drapes on the same day he gave us the estimate (he was also giving a price on carpet cleaning). The drapes were scheduled to be returned in one week. Scheduled delivery did not happen on time. First the installers truck broke down, then he was sick. When the drapes were finally delivered, the installer broke a couple of clips on one of the rods. He took the rod in the have it fixed. This meant only 3/4 of my drapes were installed. The other drapery was left in the plastic and laid flat on the floor behind a love seat. It took another week to get the repaired rod back and the remaining drapery installed.

Contacted Elk River office/phone number. Came out to give an estimate and measure rooms. Suggested stain guard, but we said no. There was no pressure to buy carpet protection. We agreed on a price, which included a 35% promotional discount, and time for work to be done. Carpet cleaner was very neat and professional. Did a great job. Arrived on time and was finished in about 2 1/2 hours; this was including dining room chairs. He even helped to move a couple of pieces of furniture that we had not planned on moving. The carpeting and chairs came out beautiful. Even the old pet stains I was worried about are gone.

The professionalism of that initial visit was not followed through in the cleaning visit. The team that arrived was late and I had to race out to get to work as soon as they arrived. In spite of the specific information on number of vents to clean, they missed three, one in bedroom, one in the kitchen and one in the living room. When I returned from work that evening I found that they had turned on the A/C and not closed any of the windows. The A/C was running on a 95 degree day for 8 hours. We were particularly frustrated as this all took place two weeks before our wedding and we had to reschedule to have them return. Once again we had to move all of our furniture to make all of the vents easy to access. The same team returned, were not apologetic and seemed sarcastic when I had questions about the vents in our home. Coit did not offer us compensation for the poor service and for our A/C running all day. All told, I will use a different company next time, but our air quality is better

The experience with this provider was good from start to finish. I requested an appointment via Coit's website on a Saturday with a suggested appointment time convenient to my schedule. I received a call back on Monday morning confirming my requested appointment time. Work team arrived on schedule to do the requested work. Work team was personable and asked questions to determine the nature of the work. Indicated that it didn't appear as though duct work was very dirty and asked if we wanted to proceed. We elected to proceed with the work. In addition to completing the necessary work, the work team provided us with some tips on how to maintain our duct and furnace system on our own to lengthen the time necessary between system cleaning.

They gave me a spring special on the price. I already have them scheduled to come out and clean my carpets and I'd highly recommend them to others.

Two employees arrived, explained their procedure and went to work in an efficient manner. They were done in approximately 90 minutes. I had been looking for a company that used equipment that would "completely" clean all vents and returns as we had been doing some remodeling.

They did a good job and I am satisfied.

I called several days in advance to make the appointment. The day of the appointment I called to confirm and was given a time when the workman would arrive. I was home 30 minutes in advance of that time. He never showed. I tried calling their office but since this was an evening appointment there was no one there to take my call. I worked hard to move furniture and pick up everything from the floor so that he could clean thoroughly. Now I have to put it all back even though my carpets never got cleaned. Major, major hassle and a HUGE disappointment. As I said, I scheduled this, I called to confirm and they still didn't show. When I checked my messages later in the evening, the workman had called my home at a time when I was home (but on another line) to say that he was at my door and that I wasn't home. He was never at my door there is no way I would have missed him. The dogs would have barked even if I had somehow missed hearing the doorbell.

I HAD PROBLEMS WITH COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE FRONT OFFICE/TECHNICIAN and MYSELF- I ONLY HAD A CELL PHONE and THEY HAD THE AREA CODE WRONG. WHEN I CALLED TO CHECK STATUS, THE OFFICE DIDN'T HAVE CLUE WHAT WAS GOING ON, BUT POLITELY FIGURED IT OUT. TECHNICIAN WAS TO SHOW UP BETWEEN 12-2, BUT GOT THERE AT 3:30. HE WAS VERY APOLOGETIC and THREW IN THE PROTECTANT FOR FREE. HE WAS VERY POLITE and EFFICIENT. MY CHILDREN and I LEFT ONCE HE GOT STARTED (WE WEREN'T LIVING THERE YET and NEEDED LUNCH). HE LOCKED UP AFTER HE FINISHED and CALLED TO CONFIRM THAT HE WAS DONE. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS WITH THE ACTUAL CLEANING- NO SIGNIFICANT STAINING OR OTHER CONCERNS. I WANTED TO GET CAT DANDER FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNERS OUT OF CARPET SINCE ONE OF MY CHILDREN IS ALLERGIC TO CATS.
