COIT Cleaning & Restoration of Minneapolis

I called COIT and they answered right away and scheduled me for an estimate and cleaning at the same time. They explained on the phone that they were running a 50% off sale for all cleaning. I was very happy with that news and anticipated spending around $150 based on previous amounts we have spent on getting the same sectional cleaned (in years past, the total cost was typically $200-$300, and had never used COIT before). The crew that came out was professional and had no problem working around our baby gates. They were knowledgable and removed almost all of the dirt/stain that was on the couch. Some of the grease still remained, but they explained any further cleaning product might discolor the couch. When they wrote up the bill, I was shocked that the original amount, not including the 50% off, was over $500. That was absoulutely ridiculous to me. Taking into account the sale, I paid a total of $262 which I still feel is a lot for just the couch. I had also inquired about a deoderizer, but the price for that would have been an additional $70, so I choose to go without. The sectional looks great, but next time I will find someone cheaper.

I would rate them highly and I would use them again in the future.

They were excellent and I was very pleased with them. They were very thorough with the cleaning. I can't imagine them doing any better.

They've done all my carpet cleaning.They got out all stains and smells.And they made my carpet look brand new.They didn't charge extra for moving my furniture and they were very professional.

They relined draperies for 6 single windows and 1 window that was 3 windows wide. They did a wonderful job. When they reinstalled the draperies they repaired the draw mechanism on the drapery for the large window.

My overall experience was great. Everything was very professional from top to bottom and until the work was done. They are a great company to be considered. I would use them in the future.

They did a great job with the drapery cleaning however the carpet cleaning was a little bit below average. They were here on time.

The job went really well. I had scheduled an appointment between noon and three and the guy didn't show up till like 3.15. I wasn't really happy with his promptness. He said that he ran into problems in another job. His cleaning was very thorough. We had a lot of stains on our stairway and I was very pleased because that was very clean and nice after he was done. His quality of work was very good though he was late. I have not got any estimate from anybody else for carpet cleaning. They did come out as soon as I called them.

They arrived promptly and seemed to be efficient with the job. There were two employees that did a deep clean in our air duct system it was very extensive. There were something like 20 vents that they had to remove and clean.

I've used Coit Services for a long time. They always do amazing work. They make everything look perfect. They are cautious of your furntiure and other belongings. Their products do not harm pets. Their pricing is very, very good. They match last year's pricing, even if theirs goes up.

They couldn't guarantee that they could get the smell out if it seeped into the foam. We didn't have a smell for a couple weeks, but eventually it came back. Even so they came on time and were quick and efficient. We'll just have to get a new couch.

We had used COIT before so did not ask for competitive estimates. The person who was assigned had worked on our home some years previously. He showed up exactly as scheduled, was very chearful and went to work immediately. He told us that while the industry recommended doing the duct cleaning every 3 years, he and COIT recommended every 5-6 years because we had a high efficiency filter and no excessive sources of dust or other contaminents.

They did a good job. Their courtesy, thoroughness of the job, quality stood out to me most. I rate them high overall. Their price was very good. They came on a short notice and did a good job.

We had an issue with cat urine in the hallway which was not cleanable with just a personnal carpet steamer. Coit cleaned all of the carpets and even got a stain that we have had in the living room since we purchased the house 20 years ago. We had to have Coit come out a second time originally so that a part of a room that all the furniture was set aside in the first time could be cleaned and after examining closer the hallway had to be recleaned because there was still a hint of cat urine. The second cleaning of the hall removed all the problem at no cost. We are both very happy with Coit and will use them again in the future when needed.

They were very prompt, courteous and thorough. They did this job to perfection. I would absolutely hire them again.

I hired Coit to clean my 9-year old carpet in my living, dining and family rooms. They did a great job - all the stains came out and the carpet looks like new. It was a pretty beat up, dirty carpet so I am very pleased. The people working there were friendly and professional.

The technician was unable to get stains out of the worn areas of the burber carpet -- the landing and the area in front of the couch. It looked just as bad after the cleaning. I thought this was just the way it was going to have to be permanently until one year later I tried a different company (Zerorez) who managed to get all those stains out. Also the teflon coating afterward was a waste of money.

They are a big national company and they are excellent. They clean the carpets better than any other company that I have used. They are more expensive, yet they are worth the money. I would continue to use them in future.
