Carpet cleaning is their main business, but we had them out for our dryer vent. The thing I liked most about them was their professionalism. The guys that came out were really good. They did the job well.

It was a very good price. They are wonderful and do outstanding work. They standby what they are doing. They are unbelievable. I would recommend them.

Arrived on time - cleaned LR carpet and because there is a minimum charge which size of my LR does not meet - he cleaned a small area downstairs which had a stain I had not been able to get out - it looks much better. This extra was included.

I called on Monday to have my living room draperies cleaned. I was happy that someone could come over the next day. I was given a 2 hour window that a service tech would show up. I waited at home the entire time. When the ending time had passed, I called and spoke with the office. She said she would find out if the tech was nearby. She did call back, but said she was unable to reach him and would I like to reschedule? After wasting 2 hours for a no call no show, I said no. This is sloppy and unprofessional. I never have heard back from anyone in the office with an explanation or a way to try to make this right, other than to reschedule. I was unwilling to do that, for obvious reasons. I was not quoted a price and no work was completed. The woman in the office was nice enough, but other than that, they get an F.

They do a very good job. I have used them, and I will use them again. I have used them in my past home, and I use them in my current home as well. It took them about an hour and half.

The customer service rep called about 2 hours ahead of his scheduled arrival and let me know he was only 20 minutes away. Luckily my schedule allowed me to be flexible that day. I appreciated being early rather than late. He quoted the job at "40%" off, which was actually more than anything I would have paid through a special on Angie's list or through a Living Social Coupon. I thought that because it was a national and high profile company that they could be trusted to do the job right and well, so I reluctantly accepted the higher quote. There was a pet urine stain that was 2 days old that we tried to get out ourselves, but without any luck. The Coit representative put some stain remover on it, worked on it for a minute or two and said that it was all the better he could do. I was very disappointed and told him so. He tried to assure me that it would lighten the next day. It did not. I called another company out 2 days later and they were able to get the stain out in less than 5 minutes. Not worth the extra money. I would recommend going with the privately owned companies who take pride in their work and leaving the customer with a positive experience. I will be looking for a privately owned company in the spring with I have to spring clean the carpeting throughout the entire house. Sorry Coit, it won't be you.

Many local services clean 3 rooms for around $100. Coit's minimum charge is $150, and they would not match that $100 price for 2 small rooms and a hallway. They did give me a $32 discount, but the job was inadequate. They hurried through the job, left the hallway sopping wet, told me that was normal when I questioned it, and did not adequately remove pet odors from the carpet.

I had Coit thoroughly clean my carpet 7 months ago, to get ready to sell my townhome. After many showings, the heavy traffic areas and stairs needed some attention. Nate came in and took care of all traffic areas in short order. He was pleasant, accommodating, the estimate was reasonable, and the work was performed quickly and effectively. (In addition, Coit was scheduling approximately a week out due to the special they were running...but when I called back later in the week, they were able to fit me in on a Saturday afternoon!) What more could a customer ask for? Great job to Nate and Coit!

The gentleman who came to my home was very polite, respectful of my home, and worked quickly and efficiently. He even rotated my large, heavy area rug for me, and seemed happy to do it - very impressed! It would be nice to have gotten my sofa cleaned a little better, but it is a dry clean only linen fabric, and I understand there are limitations on cleaning. Overall, happy with the results.

They did a good job. There were two workers here that went really fast. I didn't think they cleaned the vents that great for what I paid and it appeared they missed some places.

Poorly. After sealing the floor they walked through it and dragged their equipment before it was dry, leaving a mess for us.. The technique they used to clean the ductwork was a shortcut by having a large vacuum connected to the furnace output and trying to clean both the hot air ducts and cold air ducts while the furnace blower was running. I dissused this with the technician and he refused to change the proccess. In the estimate they told me they would run a whip down the duct all the way to the furnace so the vacuum could collect what was stirred up. The whip was only 8 foot long, not even enough to reach the trunk line. :After they left, later that evening, it got very chilly in the house (-20 degrees outside) and I could not get the furnace to come on. After researching the thermostats and furnace I discovered they did not put the furnace access pannel on correctly, so the safety switch was keeping the furnace from coming on. Latter the house was still chilly so I did some more investigating and found that the pannel they removed to attach their large vacuum hose was not replaced so all my furnace output went to the furnace room, not the house. Clearly amateurs!!!!

The counterman even carried them out to the car for me...now that's what I call excellent customer service!!

It cost me 304 to have them clean my vents. I noticed that I still had a lot of dust and dirt coming out of the vents. I called them 7-10 days later and they sent someone else out. The same guys came back out and looked at the vents and took a picture of the vents from the basement. He advised that there was still some dirt in the vents and they cleaned out some more dust. I can?t tell a difference before and after. I put in a new filter after they had finished the cleaning. I don?t feel as though this was a good cleaning. I also had them clean my carpets. He was 45 minutes early without notice. I told him he was early and he just said ?I understand.? I wasn?t prepared at all for his arrival.

Bid $750 plus tax to do the job. Offered 40% discount off that price. When told his bid was way high, he discounted 10% more. Still double what competitors charge. Not sure where all of the positive reviews came from. Looks like a rip off to me!

The cleaning went fine. They were on time. Professional. Introduced themselves to us. They listened to our concerns and explained what they were going to do. The only complaint was that they left a soaked towel on my kitchen hardwood floors when they left. My husband and I didn't see it until later that evening. I was surprised and was worried that it would have ruined my hardwood flooring. It did not so that was good. They shouldn't put wet towels on hardwood floors even for a few minutes.

It went really well. They came on time. They worked really hard. They did a really good job. They were thorough. They knew what they were doing. They were friendly. I guess they were reasonable for what they did. They worked for four hours.

The emergency plumber recommended we call Coit. He said "they may be more expensive, but they are totally worth it." We found them quite competitive with other companies. Dave went above and beyond in advocating for us and making sure we were taken care of. *Update* I previously stated I would use them again, and we tried. Instead, we were gouged for $800 for very minimal "service" (the guys showed up for a tree branch puncturing our roof with NO tools).

The carpet was cleaned well and the curtains looked good

The two workers from Coit were on time and professional, explaining what they were going to do and finalizing the estimate before starting the job. They were quick and efficient overall. They did a great job cleaning out our vents and also showed us how to clean our air filtration system attached to the furnace. They completed the job of cleaning out about 16 vents in just over an hour. My only criticism is that they didn't put all of the furniture they moved back in place, so I had to do that after they left.

They are very good and also have done duct and drape cleaning for us. Every so often they call up with coupon deals. They are prompt and have done a good job. The carpets are nice compared to other carpet cleaners that I call. They are very respectful and cover their feet with plastic when they come in. They do a really good job and take their time in carpet cleaning.

I made an appointment with Coit to have my carpets cleaned, Coit was recommended by a friend. The service technician called to inform me an approximate time he would arrive and was a few minutes late. He wore protective booties on his shoes and was very careful around my furniture. My carpets cleaned up very nicely. The technician was very professional and took pride in his work. He also took some time and recommended upholstery services for my couch and love seat. I havent had that work done yet. I would recommend Coit and I will use again.

This was a cleaning prior to moving into a recently purchsed house. The estimator was very efficient and responsive, and he worked to get us the right combination of services and price. The work occurred as scheduled and agreed and the qulaity of the work was good.

They did a good job and I will use them again in the future.
