They are fantastic! I've tried out a couple other cleaning companies in recent history, and they paled by comparison. Their staff are extremely professional and do quality work. I'm working with Colette right now, and she does a wonderful job. She is super punctual, which is especially impressive because she really doesn't have to be. I don't care at all what time during the day she arrives, but sure enough, ready or not, 9 a.m. there she is! :) All of their staff that I have worked with have been very accommodating when I've asked for help with a certain task or a room that needs special care. I don't feel like I'm tied into some kind of and quot;cleaning formulaand quot; like I have been with other companies.
I can't say enough complementary things about Shawna, the owner of cleanerB. Any time I've had a request, she has bent over backwards to accommodate. Her concern for customer satisfaction makes you feel like you are her most important client. She's honest and hard working, and always responds quickly to phone calls or emails. She also seems to hire well, and to train and support her staff effectively. It sure shows in the work that they do!

They are very accommodating as far as scheduling, which I appreciate. My husband commented on what a good job they did on the glass/tile shower in our bathroom. Everything was cleaned, dusted, hardwood floors, slate floor in entry and carpet in bedrooms done and the kitchen was perfect. They even cleaned the ceiling fans! They leave a 'check list' showing everything they did. Great communication and they came as scheduled. They ask for feedback and if there is something special, they seem more than happy to work that into the next visit. I feel they are very reasonably priced and a good value.

They're the best in the business. Fast, professional and THOROUGH. I couldn't be happier with the work that they do.
