They came out on a Saturday and did a wonderful job. They didn't take all day and the carpets were beautiful. I couldn't have asked for more.

Jim and his Master Clean crew arrive on time and will start on the lower level. If you stay out of their way and have as much move out of their way, they can clean more easily. However, they will move furniture for you too without complaint.

They do a good job. They are always very prompt. They are thorough. They do stain removal. They stand behind their work. If there is problem they will come back. The outcome is good.

He is very good, conscientious, friendly and trustworthy. He will even come in an emergency; when I had a problem, he came in the very next morning and did his best. He is extremely reasonable. I have got different things cleaned every time, so the prices have been different. His assistant is very nice. They have been consistently very good. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

Jim gets here when he says he is going to get here. He works efficiently. When you see a stain that comes up after he is gone, I will call him and he will come back out and try to get that stain out for me. I have recommended him to others.

They are quick and friendly and they go the extra mile to do closets and some areas that other places will not do.

I don't think they were the absolute best, but they were pretty good. The price that I have gotten was fair enough. They were very punctual, came the same day I called, I couldn't believe it! I think it was a husband and wife team. I had one particularly small area, which would have been tough to get, that they had trouble with. They did do a good job. I would use them again.
