Ok. They said they would move a swing in a tree for me since they had the ladders on site, but they didn't. Otherwise, the manager of the team seamed personable and sincere.

Very responsive and a better price than a competitive quote - was able to combine power washing and window cleaning for relatively the same price that another provider quoted for windows only. Very pleasant and professional service providers - answered and asked questions. Took care of a couple special request without hesitation. Windows, sills and screens all look great.

They were very fast and very thorough and made sure they didn't make a mess with their cleaning effort. They did a much better job getting the windows actually clean than most window washers.

The 3 person crew arrived on time and went to work straight away after verifying the work needed and the final fee. I am not disappointed! I am thrilled with what they did: professional, neat, quiet, all things I've come to want from those working inside my home. Plus: THE OUTCOME IS STUPENDOUS! I have over 25 windows in my house and they took apart the storms, washed them inside and out, cleaned the sills, cleaned the individual glass mullions like it was no big deal. Squeegees, water, and rags (+ elbow grease) was all that needed to be done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Did an excellent job on windows. Only wiped down outside of screens, leaving large cobwebs between windows, a long with filthy sills.

The crew from Clean and Clear were absolutely fabulous. They arrived on time, did an initial walk through to determine services to be performed and then went right to work. They were extremely thorough, very professional, and friendly. Finished up with another walk through to be sure everything was done to my liking. Thanks for a great job guys!

overall they did a fine job, the only reason I would not hire them again, is I noticed some major streaks, ie parts they missed, that only showed up when it rained a few weeks later. The streaks were on a high picture window that is not easy to reach. It was one of the main reasons we decided to hire a window cleaning service. I sent them an email about the streaks, didn't hear back for several days (it was over the weekend) and they said they won't correct anything after 48 hours.

Prompt and courteous service. Thorough window washing at a reasonable price. We had used Clean & Clear last year for exterior power washing on the house. That job went well, so we went with them again.

Requested they clean the inside and outside windows. They mentioned they would show up between 8:00 AM - 9AM. After contacting them, they said they would be here between 10:30 - 11:00 AM. Still no one showed, They finally showed up around 11:45. Since we had to leave I had them only do the outside widows. They did a great job on all but one set that had hard water spots. When I called about it, they said "we typically charge different for window restoration s it's not common to all windows. They spend quite a bit of time on some of your windows. We won't charge for additional for this extra". My frustration is that hard water spots on a widow should not increase the cost and a service should show up on the time agreed to.

Very prompt contact and communications through various rescheduling needs were courteous and consistent. Technician arrived on schedule, called 30 minutes in advance, and was very professional.

We had a great experience with Clean and Clear. They were easy to schedule, professional in all communications, and did a great job with our windows. The crew that came to the house was courteous, professional and informed about the details of the job. We highly recommend this company!

They arrived an hour late without any notification about their lateness or without any apologies until I brought it up. I lost 3 hours of work (losing money for it) and in top they came adding way more money that I expect for doing the job. I had to refuse and sent them home. Very disapointing experience. A big waist of time and money

The team of Parris, Josiah and Jamar, led by Jamar tackled the high windows in my loft with speed and precision. They were incredibly thoughtful, good communicators, and very task focused--real experts at positioning ladders, safely completing the job even though way high off the ground. The difference clean windows make is remarkable, and these guys are the real deal.
