We have had this company do a couple of things for us and we have been very pleased with them. Yesterday they cleaned our obscenely dirty gutters where plants were actually growing as a result of all of the seeds that fall from our trees. Scheduling was able to be done on-line with an immediate response from the company to confirm. Two people came right on schedule to do the cleaning and they spent 1.5 hours doing the cleaning. They showed us pictures of the now clean gutters once they completed the job. My biggest praise for them is that they were able to and careful not to crush any of the many, many flowers and plants that were planted n the areas right under the gutters which would have been difficult to do. We will definitely hire this company again !

They gave me a call telling me they were on their way. Two young men came when scheduled, were friendly, polite, respectful and got right to work, cleaning up nicely. I was happy to see that they bagged the debris and took it off site rather than just blowing it out of the gutters, as all others have done! Because of that I would hire them again even though their price was higher than others I have used. I was very grateful and am happy to recommend them. The skylight they washed was high on the roof and other companies refused to do it even after telling me they would. These two cheerful fellows worked carefully and diligently to get the entire job done.

They waited until the weather was nicer, and didn't come when it was rainy. A great help to get that spring cleaning project completed!

Our windows have never looked so good. We have a lot of windows and the team of 2 cleaned all in less than 3 hours. They were neat, professional and careful of our house. Try them and you will be pleased.

I cleared all surfaces, moved furniture, etc so they could clean - they didn't show up. Contact sid she didn't know how that happened.

Very disappointed in the job that was performed. Our basement windows weren't cleaned on the inside and the screens had not been cleaned nor put back in place. I noticed cleaning solution splattered on the wall that now needs to be repainted. Even after the crew started to pack up I walked around and had them redo a few hard to reach windows because I don't believe they cleaned them in the first place. Surprised from the lack luster apology I received after informing them. Hope this is an rare event.

It went wonderful. On time very professional, with also caring for our property. Would recommend them to anyone. We will also be using them again for our spring cleaning of windows and again in the fall.

Getting Marketing calls from this company that I didn't sign up for. Just got the last one as of this writing - 17 April 2019. I've asked them 3 times to remove my number and apparently they are refusing to do so. The only thing that shows up on my phone is that this is from a private number, so I can't block them. Likewise, I can't stop the message from being delivered because they've elected to use a marketing ploy that does not show the call as it's being place - it just appears in your voicemail. So, that means I also cannot mark it as SPAM, which it is, when it comes through. I now despise this company and wish I had never worked with them. Oh, and the work they did? I accurately described the windows that I have and they said they'd check it out on Google photos before they get on site to be sure the price they quoted was accurate. Sure enough, when they arrived, they took a look at the windows and said they didn't realize what they were (I have a number of panes that make up each bay window), and they upped the price. A family member was the only one home, and they agreed to the price change, not knowing of our conversation. I vowed then that I wouldn't use them again since it seemed like a bait-and-switch type of set up, but we needed the help for a graduation party I was holding and I didn't have time to hire someone else. Now I'm stuck with this loser of a company calling me and I can't get rid of them. I wish I had never called them.

The team did a terrific job in a short time. They explained what they were going to do. They were careful of the roof vents hidden by the snow. They cleaned up the snow on driveway and walkway after they finished the roof. They were very nice. They answered all my questions. I could not have asked for anything more. Very happy!

Clean and Clear was responsive all around. I submitted a request for quote at 6:30 Friday morning and they responded before 7. They used Angie's List messaging, which made communication a breeze. They answered my questions and gave a reasonable price. When the scope of work had to be adjusted because some of equipment challenges, they adjusted the price to match the work completed. Their billing was online with easy payment options. The work was done well and timely. They cleaned up the snow from the ground like they said they would. I would recommend them to a friend.

I hired this company in June of 2018 to clean the windows of my house for a graduation party. This is something we usually do ourselves, but we were short on time. The company came over and did a fine job. The source of my disappointment and frustration with this company started after the job was complete and the services were fully paid. Since then I have been signed up (without my permission!) to their marketing calls for washing windows, cleaning gutters, and other seasonal tasks that we take care of ourselves. Now Keegan leaves messages on my phone telling about the services being offered and several options to contact the company. I have contacted them twice and asked to be removed from their list, but the calls keep coming. I would typically just list it as spam, but they use a new and beguiling marking ploy where the message is left, but no number registers on the phone, so the number can't be marked as spam and blocked. What started out as a positive experience has been spoiled by this company putting their needs before the customer's. So if you want to be pestered continually without your permission for additional services that you may not want or need and no response to your requests for it to end, use this company. I know I will never have any more to do with them.

I was very pleased with the window cleaing. This was the second time I have used this company and have been pleased with the results both times. Friendly, efficient and price paid for services was extremely reasonable.

From the start, three years ago, Clean & Clear has done an outstanding job of cleaning our gutters and washing the windows. They show up on time and get the job done quickly. They clean up well and in fact, leave no trace other than the quality job done.

Great. Wasn’t home and when I got home could trek they were all done and not overflowing when it rained.

The work was well done. The workers were here for about 2 hours and worked continuously while here. There was no sign they had been here except that the gutters were clean! I would recommend their work based on my experience. One thing I would recommend is that the workers connect with the home owners if the owners are home. We were both home but the workers did not check in when they arrived. More importantly, they did not check in when they were leaving to explain what they did and thank us for using their company. I feel those couple minutes of personal interaction would go a long way to highlight a great customer service.

This company did a fabulous job! The crew of Liam and Derek, were on time, professional and very nice! They did a fantastic job! My house looks like it is brand new! I would recommend this company any time and will definitely be calling them again! You will be very happy with their work!
