This is a follow up to my original review. The owner called and explained that he had not seen my request and offered to come out at my convenience. They were there as promised and my windows and screens look great. Overall, great value.

Email communication with the owner was professional and timely. He was onsite with his crew of two during the two-hour cleaning process. Great service, and my windows have never looked cleaner! I recommend them highly and would hire them again.

It was so easy to work with Clean and Clear. Keegan provided a prompt bid and once I accepted he quickly scheduled the job. Once the job was completed before and after pictures were sent. I loved being able to pay via credit card.

Devon arrived on time and was very professional and safe in his handling of the window cleaning as well as the gutter and valley cleaning. He was very attentive to the directions, and efficient in his handling of the entire job. This was a first for us on window cleaning, and will definitely rehire for future services. Great job, and reasonable price.

The team of two men arrived on time and went right to work. They were courteous, unobtrusive, and careful with possessions that had to be moved and replaced. They even trimmed some ivy around some of the windows, which I hadn't gotten to and which made a big difference in the appearance. They were friendly but not too chatty. I was cleaning the oven and couldn't find my razor scraper for the inside of the door, and one of the window washers let me borrow his. I couldn't have asked for better service or greater satisfaction. I would certainly call this company again!

They responded quickly to my purchase of an "Angies deal", Keegan was very accommodating in setting up the appointment. Two young men came to do the work. They were courteous and professional. They did a great job cleaning our windows.

I purchased the $99 cleaning special here on Angie's List and it worked out perfectly! I had the inside and outside of 20 windows (including the screens) cleaned. With 2nd-story windows, this is something I was not about to do myself. So glad I took advantage of this special! Service and quality were exceptional. Will definitely consider using Clean & Clear again in the future and recommending to my neighbors and friends.

Fine. The service was advertised at a $95.00 fee. I spent $180 plus after he counted the windows. This is a bait and switch.

It went great. They came and went without my being there, and left sparkling windows and clean gutters behind. Didn't have to worry about a thing - they just came and did it.

We ended up not using the big deal, but wanted to make note that the provider was very responsive to our initial inquiry. Replying quickly and answering the questions I had. I know it can get busy for providers during "Big Deal" time and the responsiveness was appreciated. I will certainly look up Clean N Clear again.

There was a different crew for the two jobs. Both communicated when they would be at the house and were on time. They behaved in a professional manner and did a great job even on my parents challenging storm windows.

I am pleased with the results. The windows look great. Scheduling was somewhat difficult. We tried to work out a mutually agreeable date through email. It probably would have worked better via phone.

Keegan and his crew of two showed up promptly as promised. We live in a geodesic dome with a high skylight and a big triangular window pattern. They tackled them, along with the others, with no problem. They bring all the equipment to complete most jobs and were not hesitant to go as high as required. They were very personable and I would definitely hire Clean and Clear again.
