Crew arrived at appointed time and efficiently completed the work requested.Workers were professional and skilled. I would hire them again with no hesitation.

It took them 9 days to acknowledge my booking on Angie's List. Then they cancelled the date we'd agreed on at 10:30 the night before. Then we re-scheduled, and that had to be re-scheduled also. The day of the service, they sent one person only to do the windows, and he did not do any window sills or screens! I had asked that the front porch windows be added on, and those weren't done, either. I would never use this company again.

I rated the company a C since there was no actual service to review. They were very understanding of the misunderstanding and agreed to cancel.

It was just fine. They did a nice job. I think the price was a good value for what they did. They did fine. It’s safer than getting a ladder and cleaning your own windows. The workers are just fine.

Wow They did a fabulous job. After a bit of scheduling problem due to staffing issues, he arrived promptly, and cleaned every window to perfection. This included a huge, single pane window in the front of the house that had stains left from using spray on window cleaner hooked to my hose. I had not been able to remove these stains over several washings. He did it in one. Our window washer was personable and professional. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. My only worry is that he will get too busy to work me in.

Keegan was in contact with me right away. I have old windows with storm windows, not easy to clean, and I wanted to stay close to the limits of my Angie's Deal. On our cleaning day Keegan showed up promptly and let me know right away that his crew was finishing up another job and would be an hour or 2 late, but he walked the house with me and we picked which windows were cleaned outside only, which in and out. The crew showed up at the rescheduled time, Keegan and his crew were extremely courteous, took off their shoes when inside the house, were so quiet I hardly knew they were there. It worked out well and I paid for about 6 panes beyond my Deal.

This was an Angie's List deal. I was contacted in a couple of days of buying the deal. The owner said they couldn't come the dates I picked, but could come the following week, which was OK with me. They were done power washing for the year but the owner said I could apply my $25 credit (which was part of the deal) in the spring. The two washers came on time. I had three windows more than the 30 in the deal but the washers did them all for the original price which I thought was great. They did a good job. I would hire again.

It was fine. They did what they said they were going to do. There was some streaking but that was because the sun was bright that it was almost impossible to do a better job. The workers were very pleasant.

One of the workers did a great job and one missed a few sills and screens. I let them know when they asked how my service was. They scheduled time right away to send people back out to rectify the situation and they did a great job.
