I made an appointment weeks in advance with C&C to hang 100' of lights across my roof-line for Friday 11/8. The gentleman on the phone informed me it would be best if I was home that day in case there were any issues. On 11/8 I called C&C at 11am for an update only to find out from the same gentleman they "forgot to call me to reschedule my appointment". I told him I stayed home from work that day so he placed me on hold to see if they could get a team to my house. He came back to tell me they couldn't find anyone to come out that day. Obviously in a bind I asked to speak with the owner Keegan. Keegan jumped on the phone and told me he'd call me back. In about 20 minutes the original guy I spoke with called back to tell me he would personally come out and hang them that day. He arrived in about 30 minutes but to my surprise he was completely alone. C&C charges $130/hour to hang lights which with two guys would have cost me the same as another service I have used in the past. I will say the gentleman who showed up was very professional and worked **** ** my roof for a little over two hours but the total cost was $279. To make it worse this was only to hang them- they charge an hourly rate to come back and remove them! The other service I have used in the past charged $200 to install them and remove them. Overall an unfortunate experience and based on scheduling and price I wouldn't recommend them.

Kajuan arrived within the time specified and efficiently cleaned the windows on our main floor inside and out. Jim scheduled the job and gave me a great rate for the job. I have used them before and will use them again.

JIM was very helpful in setting up the appointment we requested. ZACK and JOE did a great job on the windows, one worked inside and one on the out side on a crazy cold day and they had it done in no time. They are super clean! Thanks!

My gutters had been neglected for years. I decided to do something about it and called Clean and Clear in late October. They were booked pretty solid but gave me a 10 day window for when they would be able to respond (they showed up on day 5 or 6). A crew of 3 people (Travis, Shawden, and a third person whose name I didn't get) showed up and went to work. About 45 minutes later they were done. Gutters appear to be clean from the ground (they said they'd text pictures but I did not provide a cell phone number - all of the debris hanging out of the gutters that I could see from the ground prior to their cleaning was gone). They did knock off two of the extensions when flushing the gutters that were not replaced, but this was about a ten second fix for each gutter, and I think cancelled out by the fact that they blew a bunch of the leaves in my driveway back up to their truck. They left no other debris/garbage whatsoever - my driveway was literally cleaner than when they arrived. Would not hesitate to hire again and would recommend to others. Price was fair considering I'm not one to climb ladders ($150 for the house and another $30 for the garage)

The two person team was on time, very thorough and left my windows sparkling.

The work was done in a timely manner and with care. Deandra was professional and courteous answering my questions about the process. He and Dontae provided efficient service. The roof looks great.

Jim was extremely hopeful and answered all my questions promptly and scheduled an appointment within 5 days of my inquiry. Deandra arrived to my home promptly and was very respectful and explained everything to me. He was proficient and did and excellent job cleaning my windows and screens. Great job! We were lucky that Clean & Clear was in our area and able to clean the gutters on our home's second story next day. A few days later we received torrential rain and the gutters moved the water off the roof and away from the foundation perfectly. Clean & Clear also repaired a dent at the top gutter that made a spout with heavy rain....no more! Very good communication from the office.

The service from Clean & Clear was great! Very responsive and professional. I had one issue with the wreath they hung and as soon as I brought it to their attention - they fixed it immediately. They were also very service-oriented in allowing me to select my install and take-down needs.

Excellent ideas and team work. Working against all odds of snow that surprisingly came early and ramping up resources was great.

Deandra was my main technician and she was fabulous! I came home from work and my windows, sidewalk and porch looked amazing. I’m very satisfied if they work Clean and Clear Window cleaning has done for me and I would definitely use their device again and highly recommend them to my family and friends.

The provided a timeframe (a week) during which they would come by the property and do the cleaning. I did not need to be home. They invoiced me once the work was complete. They did come on the very last day of the promised timeframe, but I don't think I'd call that a problem since it was still within the timeframe.

Prompt communication, clear overview of what would be done. Work was completed on time and looks great! Mold and dirt removed from the siding .

The job was done very nicely but I am disappointed with the service for these reasons: 1. Price estimated and what was charged was over 30% 2. I was not informed that the windows will get dirty 3. When I requested for the windows to be cleaned, they wanted to charge me 4. There are still patches and some of the siding has streaks from the power washer.

After having this company out to clean my windows, i noticed they had missed a whole window, missed most of the window sills and didn’t do any of the screens I paid to have done. I was on a work call when the cleaners left so didn’t notice immediately. A few hours later i noticed all the misses and emailed them with photos of what my windows looked like, asking if they thought if some of the things had been missed (giving them time to correct the issue). They replied the next day and offered to send somebody out to “touch up.” Which, it isn’t really a touch up if you’ve completely missed things. I gave them three days to come out and “touch up.” They never showed, so my family and i finished it before our event. I emailed them asking for a refund of money. They contacted me a few days later and asked to come out again. Nope, we tried that once. I informed them the work was done by us and wanted a refund. They didn’t reply for a week. So i followed up again. They then called me and asked what i thought was fair. I told them it would be fair to pay for the work that was completed and refunded for work not. They offered me $50 on a $450 job. I asked where he got that number and he didn’t have a clear answer. I reminded him i paid $1/screen (24 that weren’t cleaned), $25 for a window that was never cleaned. Add all the sills that weren’t cleaned, WELL more than the $50 number he made up. In the end he offered $100 back and $30 to next service (implying that Id throw money away again with them). I tried to be fair multiple times and give them the benefit of the doubt. Over and over they didn’t resolve it. I even waited to write this review in hopes they’d pull through, but making up a number that benefits the company and not the customer.......not the kind of service I would ever recommend.

From initial contact with Josiah at Clean and clear, it was a very positive experience! Josiah called back very promptly with a quote and scheduled a team to come out within days! The very professional 2-man crew (sorry, I didn't get your names) that came to the house were excellent! They explained everything, worked expediently, and totally cleaned up and took away the mess that was blocking my gutters and downspouts! AN AMAZING JOB! I highly recommend Clean and Clear's services

Coupon is misleading: Here's the description: $99 for cleaning up to 20 interior and exterior windows and screens. Screens are $1 each, not included; window is a pane of glass, therefore most of my windows were counted as two. Scheduler did note how many windows I would be charged based on Google Earth picture, and that extra cost agreed to before they came out. After the cleaners left, two windows were not closed all the way and I could not close. I called and cleaners said they would come back. In the meantime, I called my window installer (new double hung windows are less than 1 year old). She told me the windows were out of the shoe and told me how to fix. I fixed one, but could not fix the other. Cleaner removed the entire window and found out pin was bent. He bent back using pliers and was able to put window back in shoe, but in the process put a small hole in the screen. I called the office and left a message. The company e-mailed me for payment every other day. Called me back a week later. They noted service is usually better, no real acknowledgement that there was an issue. Offered me $25 off of next cleaning (no discount for current) and did offer to fix the screen, which I turned down. I will not take advantage of their offer of $25 off of next cleaning.

Scheduled the day before and they were able to fit me in on a weekend. Tech showed up a little early, which was fine. He worked quickly and efficiently and did a fantastic job. The job took about 2.5 hours overall and the windows look brand new!

My experience was great. I first contacted online and my emails and all questions were answered same day. Response was quick and every question was answered professionally. I had scheduled services a week out due to my family out of town. Even though I did not need to be home during the service. We arrived back in town early and I called in to see for a sooner appointment. Liam's set perfect and clear expectations being a holiday week there might be a possibility of coming out by the end of week. Travis showed up friday afternoon, even though I did receive the courtesy call prior to arrival, Travis was very professional and did the work in a great amount of time. My gutters look beautiful and no longer look as if I am growing a garden. Thank you Travis.

The exceptional service provided by Ty and Khalil was far superior to any window or gutter cleaning service we have previously used. Their attention to detail combined with their high level of professionalism made the overall experience positive in every regard. We will definitely hire this team again.

I would’ve hired clean and clear all over again they are wonderful the two guys that did her windows were respectful very hard-working. When hundred percent would hire them again

2nd year of hiring Clean and Clear for my 2 big houses in edina. Both times will deadline to meet, clean and clear was the only one fit my schedule and the best price and quality. Love love love what they did, especially the pressure wash park. My patio is sparkling. Now I have to hire them to wash the other part of the patio (it didn’t seems dirty at all without comparing to the area where they pressure washed). Well done!
