Overall, it went well. Scheduling was a bit of an issue as some weather delays came into play. There were a few areas of the deck that had minor damage from washing but it is getting old and the cedar is soft in some areas. Windows look great!

I was very pleased with the results. Keegan and his crew were competent, careful, thorough, and courteous. Some of the windows in my old house were especially challenging, and they did a great job with them.

Did a great job on the windows, but I was disappointed he did not wipe the sills. I had thought that was included. I didn't notice until after he left or I would have asked about that.

I am incredibly happy with the service I received from Clean & Clear Services. They cleaned my two-story home's windows inside and out, as well as the windowsills and the screens. What took the two employees two hours to accomplish would have taken me days. And it was a big job, as the windows were quite dirty. The employees were nice and professional and explained what they were going to do, and when they did a count and realized that I was a bit over the "20 indoor and exterior window-pane" limit, they asked me what I wanted to do before proceeding with the work. I gladly agreed to pay a bit more to have the few additional panes cleaned, and was invoiced afterwards. As they were finishing up outside, I saw two different neighbors walk over and ask for their card to contact them to clean their windows. That speaks for itself! I will definitely hire Clean & Clear Services again!

Scheduling was fairly straightforward and the owner was responsive to email queries ahead of time. The crew of two workers arrived on time, established the parameters of the job, and got to work. In the end, the windows looked quite nice. However, the reason for my B-ratings of quality and price are as follows: (1) the crew was not prepared to readily give a price estimate for doing work that was above and beyond the AL deal; (2) they waffled about what was included in the deal (screens were supposed to be included, which they acknowledged at first but then seemed to forget about as the morning progressed and time became tight); (3) at least six panes that were part of the job were not cleaned, which I did not discover until several days later; (4) several cleaning rags were left around the house and outside. (5) the job took 1.5 hours longer than quoted and the workers visibly rushed with what they were doing at the end and the work became less coordinated between them. All that said, they were good to work with and I would consider hiring again. I would pay closer attention, though, to the smaller details of the job, would count the panes myself, and so on. The cost of the work included the AL deal.

Great. The fellows were very friendly as well as competant.

They weren't as responsive as I would like when I called to reschedule. But eventually we came to a date that worked.

Went great, they were in constant communication with me when they were going to be coming out. Billing was easy, and was paid online. Will definitely be using again in the future when we need our gutters cleaned, and will likely have them clean our windows too!

Professional, thorough and efficient

It turned out really good. They were right on time when they said they were going to be here. The owner was very professional. They did a good job. I would definitely use them in the future.

According to the company, "Angie's List had sent out this promotion without our prior knowledge or approval. Due to the time of the year (winter), our season was all but closing down for gutter cleaning ... If you would like your gutters cleaned prior to the spring, we would need to charge the additional fee." The company may be excellent in cleaning gutters, if service is provided but I have paid for the service in November and the service has not been performed. If I wanted it performed prior to spring, I would have to pay for the additional fee which was not mentioned in the promotion. If the company is unable to perform during this period, then I should not have been charged and should have been given other options or there should have been no promotion for gutter cleaning for $99 in November as stated above by the owner of the company.

They did a great job cleaning all of my windows. The coupon from Angie's List made it a very good value. Only MINOR issue was that they were a little late and I had to call them to see what was up. Prompt response to my call and the work was done very promptly after that. (The job they were previously doing had run longer than expected. Very understandable).

The person was nice and flexible on time, but my windows were a different style than the promo allowed, so the cost would have been different than advertised. He did the windows that were within the promo, but they ended up being smudged. I did not feel like the windows came out as clean as with other companies that I used in the past..

There had been an email misunderstanding on my part which delayed the work being done. The owner provided good service in the nick of time...it snowed the next day. They were quick and did work as requested.

We had some slight scheduling issues due to the whether but that was no one's fault. When they were able to come out it went great they were on time and did good work. Nice people and I recommend.

They did a great job on that. I am going to have them come and clean my windows and power wash in the spring. I think they do a bunch of stuff like lawn and yard work and leaf removal from your yard or gutters. They do power washing for siding and window cleaning. I think they do a great job. He was pretty responsive. We had to play phone tag to see if we could get the windws cleaned and the power washing done before the winter weather came, but that didn't happen. They came when they said they would.
