Went quite well. They showed up on town, and the house looked great after. I'm glad I did it.

The crew arrived on time and did a great job. They provided a great service and left us with no complains.

The guys ran out of time and had to rush through the cleaning. The promotion only included 20 panes and I think there should have been a discussion between myself and the office about what the scope of the work was. An additional 16 panes needed cleaning. I got the sense that the guys were on a schedule that didn't include the additional work and had to rush through the last of my windows. The screens were not well cleaned and the sills were only wiped on the interior of my home, where they are already cleaned regularly. One small window above my patio door was not washed.

This company is awesome! They did an outstanding job on our windows both inside and out. The reason I paid more than the advertised price is because I added on all of the inside windows to the job. I highly recommended Clean and Clear and will hire them again in the future! Very polite and professional.

The windows looked marvelous but I didn't realize that screens weren't going to cleaned or the sills.

beyond poor. Purchased their services on June 1. Come June 15 still no word from them & no refund. Stay away from the scam artist.

They did a good job until I discovered my $5000.00 wedding ring missing from my bedroom (where they were the only people in there besides myself and husband). And the owner had me file a police report. The two young men deny taking it. I only want my ring back and would then drop all charges

The crew was great! The only item I would recommend going forward is letting people know this is windows only. Window tracks are not included. The window tracks can be done, but you need to ask.

I paid for this the end of April, and he called a couple of weeks ago to schedule, and was out here last week, took a week after they called for an appointment. They ripped my screen while cleaning it in my bedroom, looks like he put his thumb through it, and he called to see how the service was afterwards and I told him about the ripped screen, and he wouldn't do anything about it. I would never use their service again. Stay away.

We were told they'd arrive between 10 and noon. At 11:50 I called to see if they were on the way as we'd not heard anything. We were told the crew would arrive in 20-30 minutes. The management offered a discount on the gutter cleaning as compensation for the late arrival. We were also told the job would take a hour. The crew was at our home for over 3 hours. They also missed cleaning the outside of our egress window. But otherwise the work was completed as expected.

Showed up on time and went through the scope of work to agree on the number of window panes to be cleaned (outside only). Workers were very professional and did the job very effectively and effeciently. They asked me to inspect their work and I questioned their work on one pane, which they re-cleaned (they explained the hard water sprinkler system leave a film on the window) and indicated they could return with different cleaning supplies and make the pane look better, but after so many years of exposure to hard water, it will not look the other panes. I was very pleased with their job!!

Flawless experience - the guys were punctual, professional, efficient and kind. They showed up within the window of time promised, inspected the job, and got to work immediately. They were in and out of the house in record time, all the while doing excellent work!

Extremely well. Owner Keegan Couillard and one employee did a remarkably fine job cleaning our windows and pressure washing limestone stairs. Absolutely prompt, the job was done in little more than an hour. He left his card behind, which I always appreciate. We will have him again and wish him well in his new business.
