It went very well! I told them I wanted an all-in price where they would clear the walls, paint, and put everything back. Plus, I had them paint our brick fireplace for an updated look. Their service and end product were great!

Went very well. Needed this taken care of on short notice and was able to get a prompt callback from the office. Service was provided within the time frame I needed and I was very pleased with the work.

Product was described as Premier Gutter Cover System. The system installed was little more than a DIY system requiring scissors and a ladder to install. The owner of the company and assistant installed the product in less than 1.5 hours by walking over my asphalt roof (as reported by neighbor) rather than using appropriate ladders/scaffolding to access gutters. The product installed should have cost the installer less than $350 and I paid in excess of $1200 for a product installation requiring unskilled labor and done in an unprofessional manner. He had no interest in my concerns on site and rather tried to sell additional services. The warranty provided is essentially worthless. I did agree to pay for the service and have. I question using Angie's List again.

First appt. was cancelled due to employee illness, rescheduled for four days later. Employees were courteous and did a great job on siding. Agreed to wash inside of second floor casement windows from outside, missed one small window in second floor bathroom. Accomplished job in less time than expected, looks great.

Flawless. They were fantastic and did an awesome job.

The project had to be cancelled once due to weather and rescheduled for about 3 weeks later. The re-do date held. Deandra, crew leader, was very polite, listened well to learn the scope of the work, he cleaned an area he saw was dirty, and communicated well with me throughout the project. The crew (2) was very efficient and had all the work done and area cleaned up in about 3 hours! They had the right tools to get the job done.

This was the company that gave the highest quote, but they said they would do more services at this price. Right before the scheduled date they wanted more money or would not do the service. I cancelled even though I took the time off work. I'm not going to be ripped off. I was serviced by the lowest priced company. They did an excellent job and didn't try to over charge me. Shop around before choosing a company. This one has poor customer service.

Windows looked great! The only reason for not giving an A was because the inside window sills were still dirty and my house had dirt/ dead bugs from the windows now on the inside of the house that came off the windows.

They were phenomenal. They came out to clean our windows and I told them that I wanted them cleaned inside and out. Somehow the message didn't get sent from the owner to, or whoever I talked to, to the owner and he sent out a young new guy. And the guys said that's not what I was told to do. He said why don't you let me go back and talk to the owner and we'll come back. So he and the owner came back a week later. They did a phenomenal job. I mean, I haven't had these windows cleaned in a long, long time. So I mean they took them all out. They cleaned them, they cleaned the frames. I said I want them to look brand new. Which they did except for the stains that are on them, from the sun baking them. My fault. So anyway, they got all done and they said do you want your gutters cleaned out. We noticed when we were up on the ladder that your gutters were full. I went and got my husband and he said yes. They were just phenomenal. They're excellent all the way through. If we found somebody that we didn't want back they wouldn't be a five.

The two young men who came to clean my windows were punctual, polite, worked quickly and hard and did an excellent job. I will hire this firm in the future. I was very pleased.

The date and past the time the cleaning was supposed to be performed, I was notified that they do not service Oak Grove.

The "Ground Crew" - Andrew and Brandon - were EXCELLENT. They did a Super Job on the windows and even offered to do a couple of extras not included in the agreement. Office staff members, however, were not as professional and didn't seem to communicate with each other. This became particularly apparent when it rained hard from the west 24 hours later and spotted the windows on the west side of the house. My husband and I took care of the lower windows, but the second floor windows were the reason we had called for outside help in the first place, so I called in to ask for their guaranteed "spot-clean redo for damaging rain within 48 hours". The first person who handled my call on this problem suggested that maybe my siding was dirty and that was the reason for the problem. To get the problem resolved took 6 to 8 phone calls with other staff and the company president, Keegan Couillard. Mr. Couillard was very professional about providing his company's promised touch-up for rain within the 48 hours, but his staff didn't seem to be on the same page. Eventually we were cleared for the work, and the ground crew popped in for about 30 minutes and literally "spot cleaned" the upper west windows. By this point I was frustrated enough with the unprofessionalism, inconsistency, and lack of clarity among the staff that I was sorry I had ever called for the west-side help. Living with the too-soon-spotted windows would have been easier than the process it took to get them un-spotted. So the question, "Would you hire this group again?", was a hard one for me. There isn't a "maybe" choice in the ratings questions, only a "yes" or a "no". I am the unpolled MAYBE. Their Ground Crew did a super job for us, and I would hope office staff has had some training, better organization, perhaps improved leadership to allow for a more professional peformance.
