HORRIBLE - the man he brought over was dropped off at our house as he didn't have a car. He spent time all through the day on his cell - trying to get money to pay for the work on his car. When the owner came to pick him up, they looked at the job with us and we pointed out many many bad areas. The painter could not seem to paint a straight line and the plastering job he did was horrible. They then left saying they would be back to fix the mistakes. I was shocked to see that the painter did not clean up the area after himself. We had to clean up the area. We played tag for awhile and tried emailing each other instead. We put them off for awhile as my husband thought if he plastered and sanded the bad spots himself, then maybe the painter would do a better job. The owner gave us a day that they would come. When they originally did the job they came at 8:00 AM. On the appointed day, I was up and waiting. Imagine my surprise when they didn't show up. I contacted the owner and he said that they always give a two hour window. He looked back on his email and he did not give us that information. He said they were planning on coming that afternoon. Considering the amount of work it was going to take - scrape, plaster, let the plaster dry and then paint and clean up. My husband had spent many many hours preparing the walls for painting so there was no way they would be able to do a correct job in 3 or 4 hours. We decided that we did not want them back as they had such a bad attitude. I guess I should have known better than to hire them in the first place as I later saw that they are mainly did windows, house washing, gutter cleaning, etc. I trusted the owner when he said he had a really good painter - big mistake. I just trusted that Angie's list would be giving me the names of painters with a good reputation. My husband is still plastering, sanding, masking around everything in the hopes of painting soon. My husband is not in the best of health and can't easily get up and down so painting top to bottom is very difficult. The original day they did the work was Nov 6th. I last emailed them on 12/21. I should have taken pictures before my husband did all the plastering. These are poor pictures since the room is small and the wall lights are not hooked up due to the painting prep. The ceiling is white and the walls are "water chestnut" by Gliddon Diamond.

They did an excellent job. When finished, they asked me to check all the windows, and they would gladly redo any window. I had one window and they redid it with s smile. I definitely would rehire them!

Everything went fine. I told them I would pay extra for all windows cleaned inside and out plus screens. Very professional!! Would hire them again. Price was right too!

I did one bagging myself, but then had a huge dumping of leaves and was concerned because my compost site closed after 11/12/17, so I contacted Clean and Clear and was told they could gather and bag, but had no way to dispose of the leaves. I had no problem taking them to the compost, so I hired them. The 2 men who came were personable, professional and VERY THOROUGH. I was very, very impressed. I can actually say that they were better than any company who has done the job before. Thanks guys!!

They were very nice and courteous. However, they did not remove hard water stains. I put some LimeAway on a paper towel and demonstrated how it removed the stains. I gave them the LimeAway to use. I still have hard water stains.

They were late as the previous job had caused a delay but the lead person for the job was so friendly, enthusiastic and helpful and did such a great job, I can't say enough good things about him. The windows look great. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Really well. Would hire again. It is cold out and they brought their own water and all the cleaning supplies. I was a little worried about it because we had turned the water off for the winter. No need to worry they brought everything they needed.

Crew of 2 men were very courteous and prompt. Work was completed in less than an hour. It was very good value for the price as several of the windows were on 2nd story. If I were to make any request it would be that I would have liked the window trim to be scrubbed a bit more but they did a good job for the money.

Adam did an excellent job. We had snow two day's before and he worked real hard to clean all the gutters around the house. It was very cold out but he kept on going until finished.

The guys who showed up did a good job - they arrived on time, were pleasant and professional. When they were finished, they asked me to inspect their work I found some things that they forgot, or overlooked. As soon as I pointed it out, they took care of it. The deal was inside window panes only, so to get the entire job finished you get a quote on the work. Pretty straight-forward. I think their prices are comparable to other window cleaners we have used.
