+ -1 moreSub contractors needed more supervision from me than I expected. Contractor never did get the final inspection done by the city despite my prodding and two years later the final inspection is still not completed.

Stanley and his team do great work - conscientious, on-time, high-quality work, and on-budget. 7 years ago, City Venture built a full 2nd-story on our cape cod (3 bedroom and full bath). This summer, they rebuilt our first-floor bathroom: total demo, pipe replacement, redesigned with walk-in tile shower, and all new fixtures. They completed the work within budget, within schedule, and with high quality results. We can't wait to work with them again!
Description of Work: Consulted on bathroom remodelling, executed demo, replaced pipes, extensive tile work, replacement sink/toilet, electrical, door installation, drywall.
