Excellent work.
Description of Work: We have Chuck clean our carpeted home annually. He has excellent equipment, uses no detergents (enzymes only), and is extremely conscientious. No stain is overlooked!

Chuck was prompt for all meetings and charged exactly what he quoted. He is very professional, knowlegable and thorough. He has been up front with me when he doesn't think he can make the carpet clean and presentable. Everytime I have been extremely satisfied and to be honest, amazed at how well the capets clean up with the equipment he uses (good equipment). I wish I knew him earlier when I got in the rental business. He would have saved my numerous carpet replacements.
Description of Work: Chuck has cleaned my carpet in my rental units (single family homes and apartments) numerous times.

30 YEAR OLD WHITE CARPET. WE THOUGHT WE WOULD HAVE TO TEAR IT OUT PRIOR TO CHUCK'S FIRST CLEANING. AFTER CLEANING, IT LOOKED SO GOOD WE DECIDED TO DEFER FOR A WHILE. CHUCK DOES NOT USE SOAP OR DETERGENT, BUT RATHER PRETREATS CARPET WITH ENZYMES, THEN CLEANS WITH SUPER HOT WATER FROM A GOOD QUALITY MACHINE. RESULT IS NO SOAP RESIDUE TO COLLECT DIRT, SO CARPET STAYS CLEAN LONGER. THE LAST JOB BY CHUCK LASTED TWO YEARS. ALWAYS ON TIME AND ALWAYS WILLING TO STOP BACK, AS HE DID WHEN A SPOT STILL SHOWED AFTER THE CARPET DRIED.
