It was just fine. We like working with Chris. I thought he was a great first time home owner resource. He used to teach classes which were helpful and I thought he was very knowledgeable.

Chris was great! He understands the building and construction process so he pointed out things that I needed to fix before purchasing. I would use him again in the future.

The interaction was good. I think that he really works very well with first time home buyers. He understands the process really well and he is going to represent your interest. He is going to work hard on your behalf even after you close on the sale. He is still there to help you with any issues in the house.

This is our first house. Chris Gemlo helped us find a house, make a decision, make the offer and find a loan officer that would meet our needs, because I am self-employed. We shopped around a little, and so we knew that their price was competitive - it was in the ballpark. We liked everything about him. He did a really great job at communicating every aspect of our sale in terms of the actual property that we were buying. He was a great listener, and I felt that he remembered things that we told him. He was really able to find us properties that we wanted to see, in exactly our price range and in terms of exactly what we were looking for. He really turned what we were looking for into something real. He is incredible, and we have recommended him to our friends. I would use him in the future, if necessary.
