Gave me great advice. Eliminated stains. Wonderful to work with. I will definitely use again!

1) Exhaust entered the home with my CO meter reading over 20 and on request the truck was re-oriented so its tailpipe no longer directed toward the front door, which was propped open with their hose. 2) My signed copy of the work order was removed from where I had placed it in my home and I, hoping to get the check ready ahead, wasted time looking for it. 3) In the family room swirl patterns were left behind and I had to call them back once, and then again for a second re-do, before they were substantially removed. 4) Other than the unsatisfactory phone call encounter when reporting the household exhaust problem to the management, the responsiveness was courteous and prompt.

They do an excellent job of cleaning. The use very little water and it drys very fast. They are very flexible and don't expect a lot of work from you. They will come in a do the heavy lifting. Also, because of the economy they don't expect you to buy huge packages, instead you can have them do specific areas. Last time they were out I had them hit just my high traffic areas because that is what I could afford and they were very flexible about that. I often have coupons and they always work with me to make sure I get the best deal possible.
