+ -1 moreThe gentleman came out to give me an estimate and clean my rugs. He did a good job with the rugs and put a guard on them. As part of the carpet deal he was supposed to leave me with a spot cleaner but he did not have one with him. He told me that he would bring one by on Monday and he never did. I have yet to see that spot cleaner. I think that the price was a little high for the work that he did. I will not likely use Chem-Dry again in the future.
Description of Work: I hired Chem-Dry of Hennepin County to come out and clean my carpets.

+ -1 moreDAN WAS PLEASANT AND FLEXIBLE WITH SCHEDULING OUR APPOINTMENT. (I NEEDED TO RESCHEDULE WHEN A CONFLICT CAME UP.)I LIKED THE FACT THAT THIS CARPET CLEANING PROCESS USES LESS WATER AND THEREFORE DECREASES DRYING TIME AND DOES NOT CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT FOR MOLD AND MILDEW TO GROW. ALL THE SPOTS CAME OUT AND THE CARPETS LOOK VERY NICE.
Description of Work: CARPETS CLEANED IN LIVING ROOM, BEDROOM, HALLWAY AND STAIRWAY. CARPET PROTECTANT AND DEODERIZER/SANITIZER WAS ALSO APPLIED.

+ -1 moreHE WAS VERY PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL WITH FAIR PRICING AND WAS ABLE TO GET STAINS OUT THAT NO OTHER CARPET CLEANER HAD BEEN ABLE TO GET OUT, VERY THOROUGH.
Description of Work: THEY VACUUMED AND THOROUGHLY CLEANED THE CARPETS.
