The painters would arrive at 8:30 A.M. and leave at 4:30 P.M. March 8, 2017 was the scheduled date. The subcontractor, Victor, and his painters arrived at 9:30 on the day. There was a misunderstanding about painting the wall. Apparently, it was overlooked in the contract. Victor agreed to have the wall painted for $50.00. This money was to be paid directly to him, rather than CertaPro. Victor said he needed to buy some wall patch material and left with his team. He returned about 4 ½ hours later. He said he was delayed because he had to make a delivery to a customer. One painter came along to begin painting. He worked hard and finished the job at 8:00 PM. Victor came and looked at the work and decided that one area needed more attention. We scheduled another appointment for the next morning. This work was finished in a couple of hours. The work was done well. However, there was a minor problem with a light switch. The dimmer no longer worked. Victor took the switch plate off and put it back on. It works fine now. After they left, I noticed some fine scratches on my refrigerator door that were not there before. I think it happened when the painter moved the fridge to paint the wall. The scratches are small and near the top of the door, so they are not too obvious.

It went very well. After trying to remove the wallpaper, the painters in consultation with the company's owner, decided to skim coat the walls in the kitchen, half bath, living room, and dining room before painting them. The stained bedroom ceiling required extensive repair before painting. The painters had to remove the textured ceiling in the stained area, scrape in down, and retexture the ceiling before painting it. The painter removed the cabinet doors and the drawers and sprayed them with a base coat and a final coat of paint. They replaced the new hardware on the cabinet doors and drawers before reattaching the cabinets and replacing the drawers. Painting my townhouse required expertise and patience. Just FYI: the owner, who does not paint, came by to check on the project every day and also to speak with me. Also, the painters removed an empty 4-drawer file cabinet and the top of a heavy computer desk and put them in the dumpster before painting the upstairs office--this was not part of their job, and I appreciate their doing it.

Very well. I was pleased with how quickly the owner was available to meet with me and assess my needs. He was very professional and seemed knowledgeable about the work. He also provided references I could call and houses I could visit where his company had completed work. I was pleased with the work completed on the houses I visited. I also noted he has an excellent rating with the Better Business Bureau. I was particularly impressed with the material he sent me about his company and noted that I would not pay for work done until I was satisfied with the job. At this point, I readily agreed to a contract. The work was done on my house, and I am very pleased with the outcome. They did a wonderful job!

We are very pleased with the quality of the work, as well as the value for the price. Jose was great to work with and addressed a misunderstanding so we were completely satisfied. The team of painters who came out were very professional. I would definitely recommend them!

Jose gave us the most reasonable estimate of the five companies we looked into. He scheduled us within a month of our request. There was some confusion between Jose and Gustavo, who led the team that painted the house. We had emailed our paint color to Jose, but Gustavo didn't know about it when he started power washing the house. Also for some reason Gustavo thought our attached garage was excluded. That was odd, especially since we were changing house color. That was all cleared up fairly easily, however. They weren't able to start on the day we expected them to come, so work was a day behind what we had expected. And we did have to contact Jose to find out when they were going to start. When they started working, they were great. Hard-working and very detail-oriented. Our house looks great, and we felt great about the job they did. Overall, it was a great experience and we would heartily recommend them.

Overall very happy with the project. They were able to start the project just a few days after getting the estimate and accepting it. The project was finished within a week. I did not always know specific times they were coming but that didn't matter much as this was an exterior project. The painters were efficient, cleaned up and made sure I was satisfied with the work before leaving. The paint job looks great and I have gotten many compliments on the change.

Job went well, crew cleaned up the work area very well when done. Jose came and inspected the crews work and made sure it was done to my satisfaction before letting them leave the job. All in all, a very good experience!

It worked out well. They were available. Good interactions with them.
