Terrible experience. DO NOT use Century at all costs ask who the sub-contractor is for all work:
- 1. Incompetent. Ceilings cracked 3 separate times resulting in numerous re-do's. They were ultimately fired from the job and replaced with a separate sub contractor. They were terrible at skim coating, ceilings were uneven and sloppy looking even prior to cracking. They damaged wood trim and instead of replacing it with new trim, they used wood putty to fill in a 2" trim piece.
- 2. Inefficient and unprofessional. Crews would not show up on time and would stay until 8 o'clock at night.
- 3. Damage to personal property. Crews scratched coffee table and dining room table by carelessly tossing tools on furniture.
- 4. They do not clean up after their work. Rooms were consistently left dusty and dirty. They tracked footprints throughout the house. They use the bathroom to clean their tools and they leave a mess.
- 5. Security. Crew had a key to the house and they must have made a copy because after returning the key, they still were able to access the locked house. In addition, a strange lady was found in the house as she was visiting a crew member.
