Description of Work: They came to clean my house & I was surprised how quickly they were done. Since I was a potential new customer, I would have thought they would have done a better job in hopes of retaining my business. They did not do a very thorough job. They did not even take out the garbage when they were done. I thought this was a 'no brainer' for a cleaning company. There was hair on my bathroom floor and my shower did not look like it had been cleaned. It did not appear like any extra effort was used on this particular house cleaning. I was disappointed with the over all cleaning that they did.

Description of Work: The 'workers' (3) came 1 hour late, I had paid for 3 hours housecleaning for $79.00. They were at my home for 40 minutes and it would be easier to tell you what they did - a partial job. Kitchen stove, mopped 1/2 the floor, didn't even shake or vacuum small rug. Bathroom-cleaned sink, toilet, tub, mopped partial floor & left dirt & cat hair pushed into a corner. The front room and dining room were barely dusted or vacuumed, didn't dust coffee table, end tables, etcl The stairs were wiped down. I have nothing good to say about this service.. I do feel I should have my money back, or have a reputable service. I needed this house cleaning done so I could come home from the hospital to a clean house after my hernia surgery. I have a prosthetic right leg and a broken left foot and was unable to clean my own home. I have nothing good to say about this company.

Description of Work: This company took over when the company I had hired through Angie's List skipped town. They were very professional and prompt. The only problem was that the deal was for four hours of cleaning and there were two of them (so 2 people x 2 hours = 4 hours) and after 4 hours it was really just surface clean. When I lifted the corners of my area rugs there was still alot of sand/debris and I always clean that when I sweep. Overall, they could not have been nicer and they only had a limited time but I was hoping for more and maybe I was hoping for too much.

Description of Work: My husband and I just hired our first Angie's List professional. The process of contacting and interviewing was uncomplicated. Loved reading the reviews of all the service providers in our area. Maps provided the various company's location. Eager to work with the individual.
