It went pretty well for the most part. It took them awhile to finish up the final stages, which would be my only complaint.

They have been here several times to repair our roof. Each time it has been satisfactorily repaired. They said they would come back one more time to repair it, and after that they will need to put on a new one. They even cleaned out our gutters without us asking them to!

Horrific experience. Although the contract specified that all rotted wood was to be torn out and replaced, they covered it with aluminum and insisted this was standard practice. When they refused to honor their contract, and after they were 3/4 finished, we had the Maple Grove Building Inspectors look at it. The inspector required them to remove all the aluminum, tear out the rotted wood, and replace the aluminum. Their subcontractors re-installed our gutters with finishing nails, and the gutters fell off the house the first time it rained. They wrecked our garage lights, left sharp edges low enough to hurt passersby, and left holes in the siding uncaulked. Castle ignored an investigation by the BBB. They refused to supply lien waivers and threatened foreclosure if we didn't pay them. In accordance with the law, we held their payment 120 days to cover us against subcontractor claims. Awful, awful, awful experience. They may have reorganized under a new name - buyer beware!
