I wanted to remodel one side of the kitchen. A designer came to my home and took measurement of the kitchen and sent me couple of pictures with the redesigned look. It went well. Nothing much to say as I didn't use them to remodel the kitchen.

They did a fantastic job for me. For from an overall cost and quality of work they surpassed my expectations. I live in a condo building and there were some challenges, and we had to abide by their rules. They did some things at first to work within that. They figured out what needed to be done. Since then some things came up and they were more than willing to come back out; that was free of charge. They were great to work with and very customer friendly. For the most part it took them a couple of months and there was a delay getting something sent in, but overall it was a good experience.

It went well. They did a kitchen remodel. They did subcontract providers for additional work. It took them a couple of months. The work looked good and the price was cheaper than other quotes we gotten. They purchased the products and we told them where to get them at.

They did a good job. They took into consideration our cost constraints. The plans were great and very much worth the price of the Big Deal that we purchased (which I believe was in the $75-$100 range).

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was sort of average, I think. I had to ask them to do it again because I thought the person they sent out was, maybe, not quite as qualified for design. The price was good.

We got what we paid for. The plan they gave was really good. The price quote they gave was pretty terrible so we decided we wouldn't be doing our business with them. But, the plans they gave which the coupon was for was really good. They took measurements and we told them what we were looking for in our basement remodel and they went back in about a week later. We went to their office and they showed us their quotes and ideas for what we can do with the space. Their pricing was off the wall expensive for what they were offering to do.

Their price was a little high. I can't say that anything stood out rather than it is a very small bathroom. The only thing I remember is the price was higher than what we wanted to do for the amount of work. It went very good, they were very perceptive on their ideas and they're easy to get along with.

Cheri was amazing! She came out to my house to look at my projects. She gave me decorating ideas and other ideas for inexpensive updates to my bathroom. She put together a detailed estimate for my various projects. When it became clear that her company was not a good fit for my needs (they do larger projects and I really wanted to focus on our smaller projects at this time), she gave me a referral for someone who could better help me. On top of it all, she gave me exact color suggestions so that I could paint my bathroom. I will be sure to call this company in the future should I have larger remodeling projects come up.

Have not seen the final results, but during the meeting the designer was extremely professional. She saw the opportunity beyond the services I bought and will be working on the mudroom design together with the kitchen. She was knowledgeble on what was appropriate for the house of that era and all the codes what can and can't be done. We will have our results in the end of September. Can't wait!

Castle did a great job with this job. It took approximately one week from start to finish. They move all appliances, took off base boards and installed zipper doors prior to the work being done. They subcontracted to have the old asbestos tiles removed in one day, and then sanded and coated the wood floors beneath. They even came in on the weekend to add the additional coat to the floor so they could finish on time. the floors look beautiful and we would definitely use them again.

There was some kind of SNAFU with the carpet order that ended up delaying the schedule, but aside from that they are great to work with and did really nice work. Even with the scheduling difficulties, they were great at completing specific things at certain stages to clean things up and move things forward and make things more comfortable going into the school year which was really appreciated.

Their design services are great. Their sales representative was great. They could improve their communication within their own team members. So we did have some gaps in how things got communicated to their team but we provided them with that feedback.

He came out right away. He created a bathroom design and did the measurements. We didn’t end up doing the project.

They came out and did measurements for us. They never provided us with a design. They did not have great follow up.

They did an amazing job. They painted a section of a wall, fixed trim and installed lights. They went above and beyond. The job was well done.

They were great. We met them and signed up for it and we got a call back right away. The contractor and a designer came out to take a look. I liked the contractor a lot because he gave us feedback on everything and what was possible. We got them design the bathrooms to get an idea of what it would cost so that we could budget it in the future. We were very open with them and they were very good about it. I thought they were great and the only reason we haven’t moved with them is that because we have had a couple of others bid on the project and then decide. They did a very nice job and were very helpful.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were nice, but, this was a lure to sell me their services. If I was really a client I am sure they would have spent more time designing the kitchen. They did a half-a**ed CAD thing, but they absolutely fulfilled what the deal specified and they were fine. However, I did not get a kitchen design that I would have gotten if was really a client. The price was very reasonable, but it only took them about 10 minutes. I got what I paid for and they were fine. They designed a kitchen that wouldn't work for what I do.

Everything went well, a couple of tiles where so so and clean up was so so, but other than that they did a great job!!

Our condo is on the 9th floor of a high-rise and that made extra work for the contractor. They did an excellent job, but where they really shined was in their responsiveness and professionalism. If I was not completely satisfied with something (and there were not many such instances) they prompted corrected it.

They made sure everything was up to code and they brought in an inspector when needed. The materials they used were really nice. When they removed the kitchen cupboards, they noticed on the north east corner of the house, the wood had rotted. They made sure to really put it back right. They then re did the floors They made sure to us mostly non toxic materials and paint as much as possible. We choose them because they could work with someone who was very sensitive to chemicals. The designer was really good. She was very good at picking out colors and materials. We had not thought much about it. She had to talk us into things that we were really glad she talked us into us. We really enjoyed working with her and she steered us in the right direction. They are all very nice people and professional. We are really pleased with service and it turned out nicely.

The design was fine. We did not take them up on the work because it was too much to handle at that time. The people we dealt with were very good.

It was excellent. We got exactly what we were looking for and more. They were very professional, courteous, and friendly. They listened to what we were looking for and gave us a design that incorporated that.

They were on budget, on time, and incredibly detailed oriented. They even noticed things that I myself would not have noticed. They were careful to get the details right. They were responsive to any communication. They were very conscientious about protecting the place from dust that came from the work. Katie was an amazing designer. Bill and all of their sub contractors were a pleasure to work with.

She was very knowledgeable and had good ides. She had good follow up and arrived on time. She was very nice.

Basic ok experience & quality desig but cost was too high.
