+ 1 moreTim came out to take a look at our place in order to put a bid together. He seemed annoyed that he had to be there, and made it pretty obvious that he had more important/bigger jobs besides our project. He said he would follow up with an estimate, which he never did. After about a month, I let him know that we found someone else to help us, and he also never acknowledged that either. Very unprofessional.

+ 1 moreHis name is Tim Carroll. We have been very pleased with him. He is very conscientious and hard working. He wants to get everything right to please the people that he is doing the work for. He wants to make sure that everybody is happy and that the work is done right. Last summer he redid the gates on our fences in the yard. He did an awesome job. He made sure it was straight and that it looked right.
Description of Work: We use Carroll Construction to do all our handyman stuff. He last did some minor repairs in our home. He did the surface that goes over the top in the garage. He fixed the door on our elevator.
