+ -1 moreIt's not finished yet! I've overpaid the bill, because I scaled back the project, but I have not saved time, headache or money. This should have been a delightful experience which would have made me want to redecorate more. It has turned into a headache that drags on and on. I would expect them to make a statement here refuting this. They have lost all credibility in my eyes.
Description of Work: Unbelievably poor service and communication except when it comes to taking your check. They gave me a bid for $700 plus on upholstering the seats only for 2 chairs. That was March. This is July and I cut back the project to only doing the cushions to save time and money. I was told they would charge an additional $40 to tear up my old cushion covers , make templates for new ones and sew the original back together. Why? I feel disgusted, fooled and gouged. This is totally u like my experience with calico corners in other places I've lived. Would NOT recommend. Now they are telling me they need me to deliver the chairs to them. Originally they needed the chairs and we're going to pick them up, included in the $700. Then, because we scaled back the project, they said they didn't the chairs, now they say they don't "know that conversation" and I will have to find time to deliver 1 chair at least, to them. Unbelievable.

+ -1 moreI had 7 custom window treatments created for my home. They are beautifully done and I am very pleased with them. I think they were probably overpriced, but I could not find anywhere else that could provide the service and quality I was looking for so I was willing to pay for it.
