+ -1 moreThe Byte guys are very service oriented. I dropped off my computer, they found that the hard drive was entirely inoperable and suggested I replace it. They re-installed my software and got the computer back to working condition. A month later, the hard-drive they installed also went down, so they replaced it (under warranty), transferred my data from the bad drive to the new, re-installed my software, etc. without charge. Very friendly, fast service.
Description of Work: Replaced my damaged hard drive in my desktop computer.
