After having numerous horrifying experiences with 5 prior R.E. agents, I was finally able to sell my house on my own through BUYSELF REALTY’S Flat Fee service. Additionally, I was able to find a buyer directly, without an agent, thus saving $20,000 in R.E. agent’s fees. I was warned to be careful in selecting a Flat Fee service. However, BUYSELF is a nationwide service w/ highest ratings. They were very well organized, facilitated the process every step of the way, gave polite, helpful advice and provided me with all the necessary forms. Here are some of my recommendations: (1) If possible, do NOT to require confirmations when setting up showings for your home and use electronic lock boxes instead of codes because you could easily lose potential buyers. (2) I hired a professional photographer to take impressive picture of my home & recommend CC Photo Arts who took excellent pictures for around $100. (3) Be sure to also list home on Craigslist for free. (4) BUYSELF does not give legal advice so if something goes wrong at closing, they are not liable. However, if you want the extra safety, you can simply hire a R.E. attorney for around $1,000. Unlike R.E. agents, attorneys have years of professional legal training. In summary, I am very grateful for BUYSELF REALTY'S help and highly recommend this Nationwide flat fee real estate agency.

Found local agent to be pleasant to work with. All done over internet except for one call. This service is best for people who have sold a house by owner or feel confident in making sales decisions by themselves. The real estate market has changed and buyer's agents seem to be in control. The seller pays them and must work with them even though we did not hire them. You have to be comfortable in this situation to be successful.
