+ 1 moreHe was timely, he was thorough. Excellent cleanup! He was really focused on making sure we were happy with the work, good follow through.
Description of Work: Stabilized garage and installed garage door openers. He also installed kitchen countertop and tile backsplash. He also did some woodwork repair for us.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE VERY MUCH USED TO WORKING WITH A LOCK BOX. YOU PUT A LOCK BOX ON THE HOUSE AND THEY COME IN WHEN THEY NEED IT. I DO NOT WORK THAT WAY, AND SO I HAD TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND WHEN I DID, THEY SOMETIMES DIDN'T SHOW UP AND THAT WAS A PROBLEM. JOE WAS A PLASTERING GOD!!!
Description of Work: THEY DID A MAJOR PLASTER REPAIR. THEY PUT IN A NEW SHEET ROCK CEILING BECAUSE THE CEILING WAS COMING DOWN. I HAD SOME HUGE STRESS CRACKS AND THEY FIXED IT ALL.

+ -1 moreFANTASTIC. HIGH SENSE OF INTEGRITY, COURTEOUS, EXTREMELY PROMPT AND TIMELY, WENT BEYOND EXPECTATIONS IN COMMUNICATION, CLEANLINESS AND CARE OF PROPERTY AND ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS. OPEN TO SWEAT EQUITY WORK BEING DONE. CANNOT THINK OF ENOUGH PRAISE FOR KEVIN AND HIS COMPANY. HE EVEN PROVIDED HIS HOME PHONE NUMBER (WHICH I NEVER NEEDED TO USE BECAUSE HE ALWAYS RETURNED AN OFFICE CALL WITHIN 24 HOURS) TO ENSURE THAT I COULD REACH HIM IF NEEDED. I CANNOT SEE FINDING A BETTER CONTRACTOR.
Description of Work: TEMPORARILY SUPPORTED AND STRAIGHTENED THE MAIN BEAM, POURED A CONTINUOUS FOOTING FOR NEW SUPPORTS, FABRICATED AND INSTALLED NEW SUPPORTS, REMOVED OLD BASEMENT WINDOWS AND REPLACED WITH GLASS BLOCK AND STEEL HEADERS, AND INSTALLED MAIN STACK SUPPORT
