Budget Dumpster Rental

Easily one of the fastest and most efficient transactions I was ever able to arrange for a 30 cubic yard dumpster. $200 cheaper than ANY local vendor! Saved me Money, Time and Aggravation! DO NOT USE!!! I absolutely do not recommend this company! Initial experience was great, cheap prices, pleasant people. Two months after our dumpster was taken away we see a charge for $260, following by another charge next day for $80!!! No warning, no communication, money taken out of the account (I didn't even know they had a card on file)! UNACCEPTABLE! I had to email multiple times to get an answer, which was "Oh, sorry, we rerouted your dumpster because it was over limit of 1 ton." We went back and on our contract our limit was 10 tons. Let them know to which they say they rerouted dumpster because it was meant to be yard waste only. That was not communicated. One charge for "contamination" another for "overage." NO NOTICE, NOTHING! We read the file print of the contract. Nothing was disposed that wasn't allowed. In the end nothing was done to rectify the situation. Basically just a "Sorry, can't do anything." I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD! It was supposed to be $385. We paid over $700! Go with a more reliable company with good customer service, who is willing to make it right with their customers! Side note: we never leave negative reviews. That's how disappointing this experience was! I hope no one is ever in our shoes! Wish I would've read other reviews before using! HORRIBLE!

Douchebag phone service. Called and asked for a quote. The representative told me the flat rate of ~$450 plus $75 fee for processing large items (beds, couches, appliances, etc.). He then went on to say there were fees that won't be calculated until after they delivery to the landfill. I asked what those post-processing fees generally looked like, and the representative started to sound irritable and asked me to repeat that. I repeated, and the representative YELLED at me, "WHAT DO YOU MEAN?" I reiterated my question and explained why I asked it, "What do the post processing fees generally look like? You said there were uncalculated fees after you guys delivered to the landfill." I was calm the whole time because I just wanted clarity and didn't want to rile him up. He then yelled, "I just told you, it's $75 per item!" At this point, I'm holding back my tongue and just trying to schedule a date to get a dumpster. I think he meant that the $75 fee was to accommodate the undetermined landfill fee. To be honest, I'm still not sure. Whatever he meant, there was a misunderstanding and we got it resolved, I think. After I said thank you because I think I understood him, he just huffed and puffed and hung up on me... He wasn't very clear given how he worded and structured his sentence, but I understood where I misunderstood what he meant, if that is what he meant. Regardless, it's the duty of a sales representative to answer any and all questions of the customers. I never raised my voice. I didn't repeat myself more than twice, so I don't know why he was so impatient. And in the end, I didn't even get my dumpster I needed. Sadly, the representative didn't give a name, but this call was at 3:10PM Central Time on 12/27/2020 and I was calling from Minnesota for a Minnesota property. I hope that whoever this company is hiring, they do a better job than this particular representative. I will be going with a different company because I don't want to support a company that recklessly hires rude and incompetent employees that tarnishes the company brand.

There is a limit to 1 ton before you get overage charges. My wife and I were careful not to put too much in the dumpster. In our estimation, we shouldn't be close to the limit. We received notification (and an automatic charge) of $219 for an overage. They claimed that we had 2.46 tons of waste. The only explanation I could think of was fraud. The person picking up the dumpster probably thought we had already paid for it, so they filled it up with their own trash. Or a mix up of them weighing the wrong dumpster. I called customer service. I waited on hold for 15 minutes. They offered to provide me the dumpster ticket from the landfill. I asked what would happen after that. They said they didn't know what I expected them to do. I explained that I wanted a refund on the overage charge. They wouldn't give it to me. She only offered once again for the dump ticket. So they were able to extract $219 and I have no recourse but to let them take my money and file complaints and reviews on every site I can find.

Dumpster never showed up. Called and was put on hold 3 different times for a total of over 30 minutes.... Listened to the song 'Don't Worry Be Happy' on auto-loop. Turns out they couldn't deliver to my location but just decided not to tell me hoping I wouldn't notice!?

Worst experience with Angie's ever! Dumpster came four days later than the final "drop dead" date of delivery after work crew had already left. Three calls to customer service with no help. Supervisor finally said they were having a "delivery problem". Note: you have to pay up front and are bound by the contract. However unless you want to take them to court you have no recourse. To add insult to injury they wanted to charge me for keeping it a day later, based on the original delivery date, when actual return was three days early. Note: this is not a local company but is processed in a central US location.

Didn't see the company drop off or pick up the dumpsters, but the dumpsters were there on the days they said they would be and were gone when they said they would be. Rented 20 ($369) cu. yd. and 10 ($284) cu. yd. dumpsters for 10 days each. Placed wood under rollers to distribute load. Priced as quoted.
