Fine.
Description of Work: Worked on a ceiling fan which had an electrical problem. Explained the issue and the cause of the malfunction. Replaced a switch. While he was not able to totally fix the problem, the workman took me through the cause and possible remedies. He also looked over a few other miscellaneous electrical issues I raised and helped me understand next steps.

Description of Work: Brothers roughed in some new circuits for my kitchen remodel, installed several outlets, and also did the finishing work in the kitchen, including installing a ceiling fan, track lights, and a host of other things I added on. They were cheerful about the add-ons, which ranged from installing motion lights outside my house and garage, and other outside lights. One fixture in the kitchen was not flush to the ceiling, but they came back upon me calling them and said the junction box could not be moved to make the fixture flush. The best thing was the willingness to meet me at 8:30 AM several times so I could get to work at a reasonable hour, and their tolerance of my many add-ons. They punched holes in the kitchen ceiling, which they did not consult with me first about. Since my cabinets were not to go all the way to the ceiling, this caused minor problems, but it inspired some new ideas for the design, where I built sophets and installed track lights. Overall, good work.

WHILE YOUR BID WAS TO REPLACE THE MAST AND METER, IT WAS ALSO TO DRIVE A GROUND ROD AND BOND THE SERVICE. WHEN WORK IS PERFORMED BY SOMEONE OTHER THAN THE HOMEOWNER, YOU MUST PROVIDE AN ELECTRICAL PERMIT. ALSO, THE PRICES OF THE MATERIALS ARE A FACTOR. OUR COMPANY USES COPPER WIRE. THIS IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER WIRES, BUT IT IS ALSO MUCH HIGHER QUALITY. MOREOVER, OUR COMPANY IS BOTH BONDED AND INSURED. WE DO HOWEVER TRY TO SAVE OUR CUSTOMERS AS MUCH MONEY AS WE CAN, WITHOUT SACRIFICING THE QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCT.
