Description of Work: Needed a kitchen ceiling fan and a bathroom exhaust fan repaired. First came out 8/4/14. It was decided I needed new fans. I purchased the kitchen fan and they ordered the exhaust fan. The workmen who came out were very nice and were able to install the new kitchen fan but there was a problem ordering the bathroom fan. Many calls and 3 additional visits later a new motor was put in the bathroom fan on 4-7-15. It is working well now. I was only charged for 2 hours of work plus parts.

[Member name removed], Yes, there were many delays in this project for you, unfortunately the motor that we originally ordered had been discontinued and the manufacturer did not notify us. I continued to call about it and once I found out we ordered a different motor (I believe we sent the electricians out to make sure it would work in your setting). The manufacturer sent the wrong motor. Once we solved that issue and sent the wrong motor back, they finally sent out the correct part. We do our best to keep these issues from arising and to keep our customers informed the best we can. Thank you for your comments, it helps us to know where we can improve and I know we could have communicated better with you in this case. We chose to only charge for the 2 hours (instead of 6.75 hours we actually had into this) to make up for some of the inconvenience of it all.

Description of Work: Brothers Electric troubleshot a problem with sporadic outages in some rooms of the house. Then they replaced the main electrical panel and brought grounding up to code, added some outlets and light fixtures, and rectified some attic wiring. They were knowledgable, hard working and efficient at their job. |

Description of Work: We remodeled our kitchen and Brothers was the subcontractor who did the electrical work. They were on time, flexible when our schedule changed, and very professional. They did some extra, customer friendly things like place and plug in our microwave - something we would have had to struggle to do on our own. They were neat and completed the work on time. Description of Work: I had them look at my under the counter light in my kitchen. It was very old and could not be fixed. They went and got the parts for a new light and replaced it quickly. Description of Work: They installed an outdoor outlet. I gave the quality a B is because the cover they installed broke when they screwed it on. They left the broken cover, but the city inspector noticed it, so I called and they came back out and replaced the cover. They also tacked on an addition $150 to do a 10 minute installation of copper grounding that should have been included in their original estimate.
