Excellent service - 2 electricians showed up 20 minutes earlier than appt time and were in & out in 1/2-hour - very professional, courteous & polite - I was surprised at how reasonable the bill was.

I called them, and they were able to come over immediately. Two electricians performed the work. They were polite, professional and did the work very quickly. They had to sweep up when they were done, and they probably could have used a drop cloth (hence the ''B''). They had to come back the next day because one of the wall switches was not working properly. We were charged for that visit, but after talking to Mike, he waived the second charge, which was much appreciated.

Good cost and great job. Attitude to help. Use them.

Two electricians came to the house and did a very thorough check of downstairs remodel, fuse box, and all outlets, garage door opener, etc. Since no ''work'' was performed but rather just a check, and since there hasn't been another incident, we are very satisfied. The company responded immediately to the call, and they were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced (and included the Angie's List discount). I would definitely call this company again for electrical needs.

I wish there was an A- option! They were on time - two men came out. They found the problem and fixed it. They asked for a vacuum to cleanup afterwards (Yeah!) I am sorry that they didn't work with a drop cloth; a drop cloth would have caught the mess. As it was, it stained the rug. (It can be scrubbed out!) Overall - good experience and I will use them again.

Kevin and Al arrived as promised and proceeded to get to work efficiently and professionally. There never was a problem with any aspect of their work. They did the work plus a little extra gratis and cleaned the work areas after they were done.

I know nothing about electrical problems and was fearful of an extremely expensive fix on our older home. I was glad to work with ethical and honest people who found a simple, inexpensive solution. They took the Angie's List coupon and seemed glad to have my business.

The electrician worked quickly and completed the job withing 2.5 hours. He answered all my novice questions about the wiring. He left the workspace clean but used our bathroom without asking (myself and our 2 kids were home at the time).

Brothers Electric did not show up for the prescheduled appointment. A female employee of Brothers Electric called me at work at 2:15 pm on Feb. 10 and stated that there was some type of "miscommunication." She claimed that my wife's "accent" was the reason for the miscommunication. Obviously, they were aware of the appointment, or they wouldn't have called me at work. In my opinion, this company is not female friendly (or immigrant friendly.) Very poor business practices.

Brothers gave a good bid.Work began on Jan 3.After 4 days all electrical work was done, but there was no word on the subcontracted venting. Had to call repeatedly to get venting. After the venting work was done we heard nothing regarding electrical inspection so the job would be finished (until I called on the 25th). The company needs to take a more proactive stance at keeping customers informed and completing tasks they start. While the work that was completed seems good, the professionalism and cleanliness aspects need improvement. We had beverage containers and debris spread throughout our house and an unpatched hole in the wall. Good thing we had tarps down (had been painting) because mud was tracked throughout the house. I shared my concerns with Mike. He took $100 off for the cleaning. He explained that they had become in charge of a coffee shop & their office staff was taking care of that so we were overlooked. Bottom line: work seems fine, but a lot of aggravation is involved.

Brothers Electric has done very good work for us. The crew has always been on time (even early) and completed the work as requested.

We can not say enough about the quality of the workmanship performed, the cooperativeness of the employees, and the promptness in meeting our needs, so let's just leave it there. If a category was provided for A+ we would have checked it.

The technicians called ahead to let me know they were coming and when they would arrive. They split up and each worked on different jobs. They were very courteous and did the work in a timely manner. All the work was completed to my satisfaction.

They were very timely in their response from the estimate to the finished product. They were very polite and worked steadily. I was, however, disappointed that I had to call them back to re-do an error in the design. This was a delay in finishing and required a little patch work on the wall.

They were very accommodating as I was quite concerned about the fire hazard and came out the day I called them. They fixed the problem quickly.

They did quality work. However, professionalism was an issue (not cleaning work areas, and leaving excessive debris behind). Changed the project from bid, to time and materials job without consulting me.

Brothers agreed to call me at work 20 minutes before they were going to arrive so that I could come from work and not have to wait for them all morning. The electrician was polite, knowledgeable and did a great job.

THE ELECTRICIANS ARRIVED ON TIME, WERE POLITE AND FOUND AND FIXED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY. THEY ARE A LITTLE PRICEY. THE RECEIPT SAYS $120/HR FOR TWO ELECTRICIANS, $85/HR FOR ONE. WHEN I CALLED, I WAS TOLD THAT MOST TRUCKS HAVE TWO MEN. I DON'T THINK YOU GET TO CHOOSE A SINGLE ELECTRICIAN. I DON'T THINK THIS JOB REQUIRED TWO MEN. THEY GAVE AN ANGIE'S LIST DISCOUNT (WHICH HELPED) AND THEY HAD GOOD FEEDBACK SO I WENT WITH THEM ANYWAY. OVERALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

BROTHER'S ELECTRIC SUCCESSFULLY INSTALLED TWO CEILING FANS AND REPLACED ONE CEILING FAN WITH A LIGHT FIXTURE IN A 1920'S AGE HOME. ALTHOUGH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS GOOD, THEIR CLEANLINESS LEFT MUCH TO BE DESIRED. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THEY RECOMMENDED TO PUT DOWN SHEETS OVER THE FURNITURE, AS WE SPENT SEVERAL HOURS CLEANING UP DUST AND DEBRIS AFTER THEIR TECHNICIANS BORED HOLES INTO THE WALLS TO RUN THE ELECTRICAL FOR THE CEILING FANS.
