Great - they did good work and installed everything well. The only glitch: They accidentally drilled through the bathroom wall (through the space where the medicine cabinet had been, so there was only the bedroom wallboard) into the bedroom... and so I ended up with some drywall repair and painting (they offered to repair it with my spackle, but I declined since they were still on the clock and I didn't want to pay them to patch drywall). They were really apologetic about it though.

I was very satisfied. They also helped my daughter out. Do not remember cost.

They were about half hour late. Work performed was good. The time they charged me was higher than what they actually worked, unless they are charging for travel time. Which I should not be paying for. Next time I will be looking at that closer.

Scheduling was easy, they arrived on time and were cordial and professional. They completed the work quickly and exactly as desired. Good experience. This is the third time I've used Brother's and I've been happy each time. My realtor originally selected them for required work and I've never bothered shopping around for price. You might be able to shave off a few bucks with someone else, but maybe not. For me, Brother's is the way to go for this kind of work. I recommend them.

He spent most of the morning doing assorted projects for me. I had lots of questions and he graciously answered all of them, even on projects he wasn't working on at the time. To install the fan in our upstairs bath, he had to crawl into our attic space. While up there, he noticed a patch of ice that had formed on top of the insulation (apparently the result of condensation from the way the old vent operated). Also, the fan he replaced was old - probably original to the house - and the new one we had purchased didn't fit the space and required drywall repair. He referred me to someone who could fix both problems, and even called them directly to explain what I needed done. I really appreciated the extra efforts he made for me - and was very satisfied with his work and the price. I will definitely use this company again, and ask for Bob by name.

Phone call to business was very productive and bulk of discussion needed regarding work was covered at this time. Because of this, when the workers arrived they were well prepared and had all equipment necessary to finish the job. I was able to schedule the job shortly after phone call, two workers arrived for job and finished everything in an hour. Workers were courteous, thorough, and professional.

The installation went fine, however, when I called to get a quote and set up an appointment, I asked how much more it would cost if they supplied the heater rather than me going out to buy it first. I was told it would be about 20% more. I didn't want to leave the house with the space heater running (I had a busted pipe) so I accepted the 20% difference and asked them to supply it. Well, 20% was not true. I saw the same heater and switch at Menards for quite a bit less. They actually charged me over 100% more than what I would have paid if I had purchased it myself!!!!! I do not appreciate being lied to like that. I was hoping I could count on them for future work, but I don't feel that I can trust them now.

Great. Good work, reasonable price, quick, and cleaned up after themselves.

As we were plugging in the Christmas tree for the first time, the fuses kept blowing out on two circuits. We called in the morning, and they were able to come the same day. They easily fixed the small problem, made recommendations for updates, and checked out some outlets that had been replaced. They were very nice and thorough. I will call them to do some ''elective'' electrical updating after the holidays!

Great. I had to have them return on separate occasions to complete various portions of the job through a very complicated kitchen/laundry/bathroom remodel. They came and performed the work necessary at every juncture to keep on schedule.

Two guys showed up exactly when they said they would. Our original project was small; replacing a light fixture in our lower level with a recessed light. That took about 15 minutes. I asked them if they could replace an outdoor flood bulb for us too, about 30 feet off the ground. They said, "No problem," and checked the fixture to discover it was broken. They did not have a replacement in their truck, so my husband ran up to the hardware store for a new fixture. They installed it without a problem.

The electrician and this apprentice were on time and pleasant. Unfortunately, the electric box they installed was not flush with the outside wall and protruded from the house about two inches, causing the light fixture to hang askew. We called and complained about this installation. To their credit, they sent out another electrician immediately and he was able to complete the installation correctly.

He suggested I look at the circuit breaker and there was a red button pushed up and he told me to push it in. I went back out to my garage and it worked.

2 men arrived. I explained that the stove repair person said we needed a grounded outlet. The workmen were efficient and courteous and spent only 10 minutes at most.

Came very quickly and did a great job! Very quick and efficient, the work was very nice as well as the price.

They came when they said and did the work as requested. They cleaned up completely. I was surprised that they charge $85/hour, but perhaps that's the going rate. I'll probably do a better job of checking prices next time.

They were excellent! This was for my tenants, and they were able to come out the same day. They provided a rough estimate on updating my old circuit breakers. When the time comes to do that work, I will definitely count on them!

Arrived on time. Searched logically and with respect for the house for the circuit fault (still hiding in the wall somewhere). Proceeded to install new wiring to the outlets. Repaired a light fixture discovered in passing. Provided a reasonable estimate for the outside outlets. Went ahead and installed them. Picked up after themselves. Left some insulation etc., in their wake;no problem.

They were right-on with their estimate, were clean and tidy, and did a great job.

Arrived exactly at the time stated. Called for help on the wiring so that the job would go faster. Was charged less than I initially thought because the job was completed sooner. Lights and fans work great.

Electrician never showed. Company didn't call about it until I had waited nearly 2 hours, by which time I had to return to work.

Three of our plug-ins in our kitchen were not working. Brothers came in and rewired our garbage disposal plug-in so that it would not over ride the other plugs. Had we known the issue, we could have simply reset that plug-in and the others would have worked. But, we now have our plug-ins correctly wired.

Brian and Dan were very pleasant, and very businesslike. They went straight to work and explained what they did to me; I could see that they were very careful in checking all the connections, especially on the fan that seemed to be wired oddly. This is the one that had to have a switchbox replaced, and they went to Menards, got the box, and replaced it. They have a year guarantee on their work, which pleased me very much. They cleaned up the plaster that fell from installing the fixture in the dining room, too! I was very pleased with their work and would certainly call them again!

They were on time and easy to work with. I explained the problem, they worked on the issue and repaired it in less then an hour.

Pretty good. I called in the morning, and they sent someone out in the early evening, which I appreciated because we wanted the outlet fixed ASAP (it was sparking whenever we plugged anything into it). The problem was easy to fix for the repairman, who was very nice and explained what he was doing. I thought the hourly rate was kind of high, particularly because they charge for the full hour, even if the job only takes 15 minutes (which is about how long it took the repairman to fix the outlet). Ideally, they would charge by the half hour in cases like that. They did a good job, but I'd probably only use them again if I had a lot of stuff for them to do.
