Great! They were on time and finished quickly, while doing a great job.

The work went well. The replacement of light fixtures was pretty quick, even though new boxes had to be created for the two outdoor lights. Replacing the faulty outlet in the bathroom was a little trickier due to poor work in the past (our house was built in 1950), but the re-routed outlet installation was successful and works much better than before. The guys were about the business (i.e., no small talk), which I like, and knew what they were doing. Only slight blemish is that they were 10 minutes late. We'll use them again for other electrical needs.

I am very pleased with the work that was done.

Jeff and his colleague from Brother's were great. They arrived exactly on time and were incredibly professional. After replacing my GFI, they did a walk-through of my old basement after I expressed concern about my electrical not being up to code. They fixed a couple of wiring problems at no additional cost! I will definitely use them again!

They were prompt, courteous, professional, honest and we loved them. When I called in to set the appointment I was able to get in within a week. The also sent over the same gentlemen that had come previously because he was familiar with our home.

After arriving 1/2 hour late for the appointment, they did a good job, but left it dirtier than I liked ( why not carry with them a small hand vac?). They apparently didn't know about the estimate and wanted to charge me $40 more, which I balked at. One's parting shot was "consider yourself lucky. The boss is giving away jobs". Another complaint is that one of them didn't "leave the bathroom as he found it" and the other guy followed suit. The men were polite and knew what they were doing. The whole thing took about an hour and a half.

I couldn't have been better. I got next day service; he came on time, was not intrusive, did all the work promptly and professionally, and the price didn't break the bank.

The guys (Brian and Zack) showed up at the appointed time. They were friendly and appeared fairly professional in their appearance, although they did not wear company uniforms (which is something I like to see). They looked over the work to be done and then got right to it. They explained what was going on and finished the work in an acceptable period of time. Brian was very informative when we asked for a ballpark estimate for another project we are thinking about. The only complaint I have is that they did not give us a "heads up" when they were ready to cut power. I have a very expensive computer and power was cut instantly. Computers should be shut down slowly. Please, in the future, give people a few minutes to shut down computers and any other electronic equipment that may be affected.

When I got the first estimate from a competitor, I almost killed the project but decided to get one more bid and called Brothers Electric. They came promptly and mailed me an estimate at half the cost of the first estimate. I scheduled the work and they came out right away. Two men arrived on time and cheerfully completed the work in a few hours cleaned up and were on their way. There were no surprises; it cost exactly what they quoted and took less time then I thought.

Electrician was prompt. We discussed some options on how to ground my two ungrounded outlets. Decided the easiest way was to install a GFI on one outlet and run wire to the other. He told me the outlets are still not grounded, but the GFI circuit would protect in case of a short.

They were very professional. They showed up on time and did what they said they were going to do.

I'm sure they would have done great work, but you definitely have to pay for it. Of the 4 estimates I received, they quoted the most (by more than 50% of the rest) and the electrician I hired got the job done in half the cost!!!

It went extremely well. They were on time for all 4 visits (estimate, initial rough-in, secondary rough-in, and finish). They also did very quick and efficient work on the project. On the first work trip, they pulled the new wires so that some existing boxes could be moved out of the way to frame the final wall. They also ran the rest of the wiring and roughed-in all switches and receptacles. On the return visit, they quickly finished the last wall. The inspection happened quickly, and they came back for the finish 2 days later. They were very easy to work with around my business travel schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Great experience, all around.

Arrived when they indicated they would, were very pleasant and helpful, the work looks great and performs as expected, and took and disposed of old fixtures. Excellent!

I called for an estimate and they came out as scheduled. Two days later, I received the printed estimate. I called to schedule the work and I was pleased to discover they could fit my project in the next day. The day of the service, they came out on time and did all the work as planned, in a single visit. They took away the old scrap equipment that was replaced and they tidied up after they did the work. We were pretty happy with the results.

They came out and gave me good advice on what to do with my situation even though they ended up not doing any work for me. If I need any electrical I will call them.

Very pleasant to deal with and prompt. Cleaned up after themselves.

To return and replace bulb which was part of unit I purchased at no charge, was just an excellent example of going out of your way to satisfy a customer.

We didn't go with Brothers because they were $10.00/hour more than another electrician. We were very satisfied with the other electrician.

The crew arrived on time right at 8:30 and began work. There was some difficulty in finding the best way to run the wires without doing too much damage. Brian did an excellent job of routing the wires and made only three holes in the walls, two of which he patched. They did a reasonable job of cleaning up after themselves and Brian cleaned up my bedroom and closed the door so that I could sleep there that night. They returned the next day promptly at 8:30 to finish the job. I had a walk through with Brian and he had some insightful suggestions for bulbs and wattage for my new lighting system.

Everything was great,they arrived on time and completed work promptly with no problems.

When I called, I spoke with someone right away and scheduled a time and day for them to come out. They were exactly on time and very courteous. They didn't take long at all to do everything and answered all of my questions and explained things to me so that I could understand. I plan on having them come back shortly to do more work.

Job 1: I was able to schedule the work easily. Two employees arrived promptly, worked independently, but cooperated well when one had to go into the attic. They had to supply several items which they had in their truck. Job 2: They came three times. Once to run the initial lines for the range and hood. Again after the cabinets were removed to install the ceiling recessed lights and run wiring for the under cabinet lights, and again after the new cabinets were installed to finalize the under cabinet lights, a new sink light, and the microhood outlet etc.

They showed up right a way and did a good job.
