They were fast and they were friendly and they were done pretty quick. They had a doorbell with them so it didn't take long at all. It was a good experience and the guys were nice.

They showed up a half hour early on the day they said they would be there. They called to tell me that they were going to be early. They cleaned up everything when they were done working.

Originally came out right away and exchanged fuse. Problem continued. After that a different guy came -- said he needed to return on a different day with some special equipment to figure out where the problem was occurring between the house and the garage. Didn't hear back and when I called there was no record of this guy's visit, he was away, they had no idea what I was talking about. Another guy came out for an estimate. They also installed a temporary above ground cable from the house to the garage to bypass the underground wires that were not working. Called a couple of weeks later when the estimate hadn't arrived yet -- they had either forgotten to do it or to send it out. The one guy that sometimes answers the phone was pretty rude on several occasions -- told me they didn't dig trenches and I'd have to hire someone else to do that to lay the cable between the house and the garage. Another guy gave me a different story and said they did take care of digging the hole. I got tired of dealing with them and went with a different company.

The gentleman who performed the estimate was very polite and prompt. He even did a quick fix on a light fixture that was not working but just had a bent wire. They were very responsive. I went with another company whose estimate was a bit more complete in terms of the details they explained.

Kevin did a great job! Prompt, efficient. The shocker was I was quoted $195.00. Bill came to $149.25 minus $15 Angie's List coupon; means I paid $60 less than quote. I am very happy. I have another project (wiring for new garage) and will probably use Brothers again for that.

After our contractor finished the studding work, we contacted Brothers because we had used them before and had been very happy with their work. They were very accommodating with their schedule, came out right on time, asked us and the contractor a few questions to understand what we needed done and got right to work. They did a great job and gave us exactly what we needed for electrical in the space. They did it well and they cleaned up afterwards. The price and time were well within their estimate. As noted, we've used them before and they have always done excellent work. This was no exception. The work was great. They were pleasant to work with, listened well, did what we needed, and even cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. We couldn't be happier with them! Not only would we recommend them, but will continue to use them for other work around our old house.

Excellent. Their visit was scheduled within days of my initial call. Two guys showed up on time and worked very efficiently. They gave me instructions on how to handle the bathroom wiring myself as it had to be done after drywalling - although they gave me the option of calling them back at that point. Diagnosed the trouble with the outdoor fixtures and threw in a new floodlight they had "rolling around in the van."

As explained above...Bob from Brother's Electric was very professional, courteous, and prompt. I would highly recommend Bob from Brother's Electric and will call for his help again should the need arise. Not only did he find and correct an issue another Electrical company couldn't, he also fix another electrical problem I had and instructed me on how I could fix a couple others which I had started. He showed me how to correctly wire certain sockets depending on how many wires were leading into them. Overall I paid $200 for him to trouble shoot and correct the problem I originally called about, had him fix another and got a electrical 101 lesson. I am very satisfied with the service I received and would recommend Brothers Electric to anyone.

Dennis Letson showed up on time to do the free estimate. The proposal for the job was received in the mail, as promised by Mr. Letson. I accepted the proposal and the job was scheduled as I requested. Two men showed up exactly on time and worked efficiently and professionally until the job was completed. They were nice guys and left the work areas clean. We are very happy with this company and will use them in the future.

Wow, these guys are great. I called them at 10:30 this morning and had someone here at 2:00; it took him about 1/2 hour to repair the wiring on three overhead fixtures and he also answered some general questions I had about the house's wiring and options for upgrading. Bob was so polite and professional, not to mention prompt and efficient. I couldn't believe it was only $85. That doesn't seem like much considering how fast they were able to come out here. I will definitely use this company again when we have larger electrical projects. Very impressed!

We discovered suddenly one night (the bad way) that when a previous owner had finished our basement, they had cut the bonding cable and had installed a series of grounded outlets without grounding them, and had installed two junction boxes that were not grounded and did not meet code. Bob came right away (after hours) from Brothers and gave a clear analysis of the situation. The next morning, after pulling a permit, he came back with help and they rewired the basement and installed a ground in about two-and-a-half hours. They were courteous, professional, and quick. The wiring looks nice now, and works perfectly. Highly recommended.

They arrived within the time frame they named, both for the estimate and for the work itself. They worked amazingly quick (half a day and they were done) and were professional and courteous when I stopped by over lunch to see how things were going. I will definitely contact them again next time I need electrical work done.

"Bob" came out to do the kitchen light fixture repair we needed - same day service, and "Wayne" came out later to inspect our old wiring and fuse box/electrical. He then wrote up a proposal and mailed it out to us in the event that we decided to upgrade our old service. Wayne was very honest with us about the entire cost of the upgrade, and further explained that if we weren't blowing any fuses with our current 60 amp service then "Why don't you save yourself some money and use that money for something else?" His blatant honesty took me back a bit, and needless to say, I was pleased with his integrity and candor. Although we decided to take his free advice and save ourselves some money, we will definitely be calling this company again if/when we decide to upgrade our electrical in our 1920's home. These guys were very professional and honest, and were definitely keeping our best interest in mind when they were in our home.

It was wonderful! The estimator was efficient and on time. The estimate arrived in the mail a couple days later. Scheduling the work was fast and easy. The guys who did the work called to say they were running a few minutes late. The work was quick; they were nice and courteous. Explained what they were doing and the inspection. They cleaned up when they were done.

Quick service deserves a quick report. I called them at 9:05 am. The job was done by 10:15 that morning. Everything works. No complaints.

They were great. Called on Wednesday and they said they could come on Friday. Showed up on time, performed neat installations. Saved the pieces of wallboard so we could patch the openings.

After my original phone call to Brothers Electric, I was able to schedule the free in home estimate within days. The consultation was arranged for 11:30am, with the estimator arriving 30 minutes early. Although I was able to accommodate the early arrival, the estimator made no apologies for being early, made no attempts at calling me to say he was early, and did not offer to wait for our original scheduled time. The estimate took approximately 20 minutes from start to finish. Denny, the electrician, kept to business as he reviewed our needs. The estimate arrived in the mail within 4 business days, as he said it would. The estimate included everything I had requested, but was not detailed, so I was unable to make choices of perhaps what not to include in order to lower the price. I have not yet contacted the company to see if they can provide a more detailed estimate.
