There services were excellent. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly. They also gave me the discount that was promised on angies list. They took time to help me understand how to interpret the particular light tube. They got another tube for me for another fixture so the lights would match.

Both of the electricians were polite and friendly. The job didn't take long, about an hour, and we were very happy with the experience: our outlet works and the wire was repaired. We plan to have the same company do a more official inventory of our wiring and update it later this spring.

Excellent. They came promptly and provided a bid for the initial services that we wanted - ceiling fans and outside light. Between the bid and the job we decided that we needed a few other things done in our aging house. When the team arrived as scheduled they promptly completed the planned work and then did the additional work on a time & materials basis. We were very pleased with the work although the outside light installation will need some touch up caulking to seal between the fixture and the stucco when the weather gets warmer.

I called, and the receptionist told me that the estimator wasn't in that day. So she took my address and phone number, and told me the estimator would call me back the next day. The estimator never called me, so we did not get an estimate from them and called another company instead.

They showed up on time and were in and out within 45 minutes. I received a $15 discount for being an Angie's List member. The two electricians were professional and pleasant to have in my home. They were able to do the job within just a few days of my calling to accept the estimate and schedule the appointment.

I called them on a Thursday, they came out the next Tuesday and diagnosed the problem. By the end of they day they had told me their suggestion and also how to keep the cost down by purchasing the new fixtures needed myself. They were in and out the next morning and the lights are wonderful! I really enjoyed working with them.

I would definitely use them again. They were here right on time and the project didn't take any longer than they estimated. Both the workers were professional and stayed on task. He was willing to give an opinion on a couple projects that I was considering for the future. This was an all around good experience for me.

The electrician installed a new thermostat that I had bought and also repaired a cracked outlet in my wall. The scheduling and service was prompt, and the company does not have a special fee just to send the truck out - it is only an hourly charge. The service was courteous and high-quality. I will use them again.

We had never hired an electrical contractor before, so we didn't know what to expect. We got a great price for the work done. We are pleased.

They did a fine job on the work they did. We were surprised however, that another outlet could not be installed as they had estimated the job. Still, we were pleased by the work.

I was able to get a free estimate and advice on what work to pursue and what to leave as is very quickly and to schedule the work promptly as well. I appreciated that the estimator told me straight up that I should leave the original wiring intact, and that it was in good condition, rather than attempting to pull new wire through. I originally scheduled just the outdoor outlet install and the circuit box work, and planned to hire a handyman to hang the overhead light fixtures that I'd removed and had rewired. However, I talked with the electricians when they arrived about what would need to be done to hang the lights and the dimmer switch malfunction occurred to me as they were working. They were able to give me cost estimates on the spot and I decided to have them do the work and was really glad they were able to do it right then. The staff were courteous and helpful, and they took steps to protect my floor and furniture in the work spaces and cleaned up after themselves.

It went very well. They had to come back to finish up the solution for the wires in the front yard. I am so glad they could figure out a good solution.

To be honest, I have very mixed feelings about the service. On the one hand, the electrician was prompt, friendly and was very thorough in explaining why the vent wasn't working. However, after he left, I found pieces of electric wire, packaging and sharp metal shards in the toy "cubby" where he installed a light and switch. I had to do a fair amount of clean up after he left. Also, the casing used for the wiring is unsightly. In the past, our electricians had always used a cover that was neutral and more flesh with the wall so it didn't stand out. I didn't see the work until after it was done and was shocked to see bare metal tubing. It is ugly and has ruined the polished, finished look of the toy area. In some ways, I regret having the work done. However, we did need lighting in the area. I wish I had known what he had planned to use because I would have either stopped the work or asked him to use something different, even if it meant paying more.

Overall, the process has been very good. I found the bidding process somewhat difficult because I didn't know exactly what I wanted, and I had a hard time getting the bidding agent to respond to my various small questions and requests. I like to conduct these things via email, and they seemed a bit uncomfortable with that. Once the bid was settled, though, things have gone swimmingly; the work crew is courteous and doing a great job. The rough-in phase took a few days longer than predicted, mostly because my house hides many unpredictable complications. The finishing work is careful and organized and designed just like I would want it.

I emailed Brother's through Angie's List and they quickly responded to me, the following week they had an employee out at my house. He was on time and quickly gave me an estimate. The only issue was that I needed to have a letter with their logo on it to submit to my insurance agent and they sent it via email. My insurance agent said that since permits couldn't be found for the work I couldn't get the less than 15 years old discount, so I didn't pursue it further.

Very happy with the service. When doing the estimate, the electrician actually counseled against a change to our incoming electrical that had been recommended by our home inspector.

Didn't use this company, although the person providing the estimate was very professional. I went with a cheaper bid as the overall cost of the job was high.

They did a great job. They were able to come out quickly when we called them; they finished the job quickly. The servicemen that came out were nice and everything went great.

The first time the two members of the team who came were excellent in all regards, they were responsive and professional and did a quality job, and were pleasant to work with. The second time we used them a different team came. They did a quality job, but came later than expected (though they called to let us know this), they appeared disinterested in the job, and weren't engaged in helping us resolve some lighting questions we had.
