Excellent. Brothers Electric arrived promptly and did the work as promised and in record time. The entire mitigation system was up and running by mid-afternoon. I especially appreciated that all the work was included in one bill and that I did not have to make separate arrangements for the installation of the fan .

They did exactly what they said they were going to do and gave me the cost up front. They were polite and clean, I would go back to them if need be.

I left a message over the weekend (non-emergency) when they were closed and got a call back first thing Monday morning. They were able to schedule me for the next day. The two gentlemen arrived right on time for the appointment and were very quick, friendly, and professional. I was surprised at how reasonable the cost was for an hour and a half of work! Will definitely use them again.

Perfectly. Kevin, arrived to do the quote when he said he would. Showed me what needed to be done ahead of time to provide access and how that would save time and money. Emailed quote a day later and the electricians who did the work, Jeff and Joe, were excellent. Arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, very organized, cleaned up everything, friendly, and restarted the power one breaker at a time.

Fine. Took just over an hour. Two were there for the work. I supplied most of the supplies which also helped the budget.

They were on time and prompt and they were happy with their work. They had a coupon listed on Angie’s List and they accepted the coupon both times. We were happy with them.

While I had to wait about a week to get the work done (it was not crucial so this was no problem) -- but on the day they were to come they arrived early, did the job and were gone in good order. The cost seemed in line with what others are charging according to your (i.e., Angie's) survey.

Brothers Electric called me before they arrived. They arrived on time per the estimate. Two electricians came and ran a new electrical line from the panel to the kitchen sink. This is an older home and the basement is not finished so it went pretty easily. They installed the GFI outlet and switch, explained to me how it works, and cleaned up the area. They were friendly and very professional.

We cannot say enough good things about Brothers Electric. We first met them when having estimates drawn up for a 1400 sq ft house we eventually purchased that was full of knob & tube wiring. Not only was their price for the removal/replacement of the K&T wiring the best of all the companies we met with, but each individual we spoke with at various times throughout the process (e.g., electricians, front desk) was responsive, kind, and understanding. When the work was being done at our house, the team (Brian, Jordan, and Carl) was considerate and professional. We would hire Brothers again in a heartbeat.

Easy to work with. Got a quote right away and scheduled within a day... but they were about two weeks out booked.

Didn't return a phone call requesting electrical service. If you can't provide what I am asking for, just call and let me know. It's not difficult to do.

Called, scheduled Bob to come out in 1 week to evaluate. He took measurements, assessed the situation, made some recommendations and said that he would be emailing me the estimate by the next week (he came out on a Thursday). When I hadn't heard from him by the following Thursday (1 week from when he came out), I called Brother's Electric, talked with the receptionist/person who answered the phone, who said that she would send a message to Bob and that I would be hearing from him. Another week went by- still hadn't heard from him (and yes, I checked my Junk email folder every day), therefore I called Brother's, talked with the receptionist who said that the evaluation in her computer showed that it was "completed". She said she was going to call Bob immediately and that she would call back in 2 minutes. It's been now 4 days later----the phone call back in 2 minutes did not happen, nor have I received an email from Bob. This is unacceptable service---how does Brother's Electric expect to get business with this kind of customer service? At this point, even if anyone from Brother's got back to me I doubt I would even entertain the idea of hiring them based on this lack of respect shown by the company. I have contacted in the meantime 5 other electricians- all prompt with their replies/estimate and I will be hiring one of them.

Fantastic, as ALWAYS!. Brothers Electric are our go-to electricians. Would hire again for anything I need. Very reasonable, personable, and do the job right the first time!

The work went very well. The technicians Jeff and Joe arrived right on time and went to work to determine the best way to complete the job. They explained to me in very clear terms as to what they would be doing. They completed the job in about two hours and then proceeded to check everything out with me watching so that I could be assured that the system was working properly. Jeff and Joe were very professional in their work and it was a pleasure for me to have them in our house and do the job. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up.

They were able to lower the costs considerably by fixing the existing circuit than putting in a new line. I had attempted to fix (I have done a lot of electrical work in the past), but I gave up. These guys had the tools! They were able to see where in the line the problem was. They could have easily taken the more expensive route of replacing the line all the way back to the switch - I wouldn't have blamed them if they had, but they didn't. I was very happy with the final cost and results.

Excellent service from this company, including the bid (by Kevin), the appointment/billing staff (Amy and Kelsey), and the installers (Jeff, Joe, Jordan, Joel, Alan). The crew was polite, on time, professional, and worked VERY hard. The receptacles for the sconces and for the floor were particularly difficult for them, and they were very considerate in trying to cut as few holes as possible in ceilings and walls. They were expert in their decisions on how to do that, and very professional. They cleaned up every bit of sheetrock dust and took the garbage with them. They had to make two additional trips to get the doorbell extender kit to work right, but they got it right. And Kelsey waited until it was completely done before the final billing. We could not have asked for more. We will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

Two of the light replacements were an easy swap, the third was a challenge because it was controlled by two separate switches and it was 1926 wiring. The pendant lights were a nightmare for the journeyman. Took him all day and he felt badly about the high bill as a result. The previous owner got creative in how they created the soffit which resulted in the electrician constantly running into unexpected barriers. The electrician persevered though and figured it out. Our soffit looked like swiss cheese but we had painters coming in to do repair on another project so it all worked out.

I am very pleased with Brothers Electric, And would not hesitate to use them again. They repaired a switch in our Bathroom that we had repaired previously. I had a list of concerns, they addressed everything on the list. The work was done in a timely manner. This was the third time we had to have someone out to repair the same switch.

I saw the electrician working on a house near by and asked him to check the cable at my house. He checked the cable and said we were fine. I offered to pay him but he simply asked me to remember them when I needed service in the future. This is the best i can do to recommend his prompt and courteous service. We will use them in the future.

Showed up on time, gave very thorough explanations along the way about what they were doing, and were very courteous. Also answered questions I had about the circuit box and the wiring in my 1940s house.

I had an estimate from about 2 years ago. They updated it without coming to the house. They installed a new electrical panel. They were on time, explained the process and answered any questions I had.
