+ -1 moreI would definitely recommend them to others. Glen is an old friend of mine, so I think the world of him as far as being honest because he has that reputation.
Description of Work: I used Brooklyn Aire 5 years ago and they installed the air-conditioning unit and 3 years ago they installed the furnace.

+ -1 moreI thought that they arrived at the time that we scheduled. The service technician was polite and professional. He went to work right away and made helpful suggestions so our unit would run efficiently.
Description of Work: I had this company come to my house to clean and service my air conditioning unit for the season.

+ -1 moreWork was completed in a timely and satisfactory manner even though he had to adjust his schedule around other contractors finishing their jobs. Very professional and cordial. Stayed in touch with me to let me know exactly when work would be done. Very accommodating and highly recommended.
