Brian's Painting Corp

Brian Hamilton gave me such a fantastic bid that I changed from my initial plan to just paint 2 rooms to including the whole house (2 bedroom home). He does excellent wall prep and repairs anything he comes across that needs fixing. His standard of work is incredible. He worked in one room at a time so there was less chaos in the house, returned all the furniture each evening and vacuumed. I kept adding work because his quality was so good and he was very agreeable to that. He surprised me by evening out a plaster wall that I thought couldn't be evened out. He fixed a hole in the basement drop ceiling and added a new vent that made it look really nice. He was fantastic. He works very slowly but that was balanced off by the impeccable quality of his work. He gave me an original bid then called the next day saying it would be $400 more because he forgot to include the cost of the paint. He was aware that I could turn him down since we already signed the contract but I am fair. I agreed to the increased amount and he was very appreciative and said he would go above and beyond in his work to show his appreciation (doing some of the extra small things without charging me). I was more than pleased. Due to an unforeseen medical situation he asked if I could pay him some money in advance to our agreement. I was agreeable. He is very trustworthy. I'm hiring him back to do all my exterior painting now too.
