Description of Work: I got a quote on behalf of my son for some work to be done at his house. He has not yet selected a contractor. I thought the quote was professionally done and the price seemed fair and competitive with other quotes.

Description of Work: Crew washed, primed and painted entire 2 story house, trim and porch. Very efficient and cleaned up all debris. Due to raining weather some of the paint needed to be touched up, they did that promptly. We were extremely satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism. We would use them again.

Description of Work: They painted our entire main floor, plus the vaulted entryway and upper hallway. They did a great job and were fast.

Description of Work: They scraped and painted all the trim on our old house. We were concerned about having work done near the roof since we'd had a new steel roof intalled and weren't sure how to properly work on that without damaging it. Brennan took the extra time to contact our roofer to find out about the proper ways to work on a steel roof and instructed his crew accordingly. They were very polite, worked quickly and were done ontime. They picked up all the paint scrapings and left no sign that they'd been in our yard. Very professional and polite crew!

Description of Work: I have a large 3 story, 100 year old brick house. I needed all the trim and back porch scrapped, primed and painted. In some areas I also needed repairs and rotten wood replaced or repaired. I got 3 bids from painting companies and Brennan Heikes was the best bid. I also used Angie's list and the Better Business Bureau to check his reviews. All were great. Because the house has some architectural detail I chose to use 2 colors on some areas of the house. This did not cause a problem for Brennan or did it raise the price. I worked with his team to determine exactly where the detail color would be added. This took extra time for his crew and his the team was very helpful and patient with me. I tried very hard to not ask for many changes because I knew they were on a tight time line. They did a great job with the details. As the project progressed I added a few more areas to the job, for example some roof areas that we had not talked about. Brennan agreed to do most of the extra work as part of the bid. He did add to the bid but I did not find the additional cost a problem. Brennan and his crew were very easy to work with. I had some dates that did not work for me and he had no trouble working around those dates. His crew was outstanding. They always started on time, did a good job of cleaning up, checked in with me every day and although I didn't see Brennan everyday he always returned my phone calls. They worked very hard. Two of my neighbors watched them work and commented on what a great job they were doing. I recommend clearly clarifying at the time of bid all the details you want done. I would ask Brennan for his thoughts. Because of my inexperience I made assumptions about what would be painted. I would absolutely call on them again.

Description of Work: We hired him to re-paint several parts of our exterior walls, the ceiling of our front porch, and the garage. He was fast, effective, and very friendly.
