Brennan Heikes Professional Painting

Brennan and his crew were the best. We didn't realize the scope of the job until we were a couple of days into it. With the exception of 2 smaller rooms in the house, every surface (excepts floors and windows) has a new, great looking coat(s) of paint.. The crew moved all our furniture to paint and moved it back in place when finished. After everything was painted we gave Brennan the list of things we found that needed "attention". He came out and took care of everything. Our 30 year old home looks fresh & clean and almost new! Because we have painted virtually everything in our house I may never need to do business with Brennan again. But, if we ever do paint this or another home we will call Brennan. We highly recommend Brennan Heikes Professional Painting.

Breenan gave me a general idea when his crew was available. He was right on his time frame. The crew was polite and professional.

Excellent service. Very polite and competent crew. Provider delivered all as promised. Prior to painting shingles, prepped house which included power washing, scraping away peeling paint, repairs as needed, Matched color. Crew covered Windows and frames, doors, attached mailbox, etc. to avoid problems. With my agreement, took down trellis and rehung without damaging vines. Cleaned up after each day's work and completely when job was finished. I highly recommend this company.

Brennan and Filipe did an amazing job for us. They were punctual, efficient and really meticulous about their work. They even came back a couple of days later to fix a mistake that I had made in giving instructions - at no cost!

Brennan painted our 12 ft high living room walls and bathroom himself. He paints so well he doesn't need tape! Seriously! We couldn't believe how quickly he was able to put on two coats of paint. And he used no VOC paint too. My husband and I highly recommend Brennan and we intend to have him out again next summer (hopefully...) for more work.

Great! They arrived the first day, right on time, and Brennan had a couple of questions but clearly, he un- derstood what we wanted and was able to instruct his crew with very little instruction from me. From then on, they showed up, worked hard all day long, were super easy to have around and did a great job! They were also very neat and never complained when I took down the plastic at night if I needed something in that room. Great customer service!

It went perfectly as Brennan was very quick with a response on when the job would start and finish and the estimated costs were quite reasonable and within a fair price range. This was the second job Brennan Heikes Professional Painting has done in our home and we will absolutely contact Brennan again for future jobs.

Brennan and his crew did an outstanding job with my beat up new old house. Neat and thorough. Started and finished on time. They did a great job filling all the holes and gaps and smoothing out the walls. I was especially happy with the refinishing work Brennan did on my natural wood work. It was old and "alligatoring" and a previous owner had applied a shiny coat of finish over it making it look even worse. Everyone who sees it is really impressed. Brennan is a really nice and easy going guy who does great work.

First of all, Brennan is such a wonderful person. He is the neighborhood guy, always friendly and sincere. His crew are warm, friendly, hard-working as well. Second, Brennan and his crew are very efficient and effective. We had our basement and main level painted in early/mid February. Brennan and his team came in, spent 2.5 days and the house looks like new. The big bonus? I didn't even need to move the furniture! It was all hassle free. They cleaned up very well after the project was done. It was professionally done and the interaction with Brennan and his team was simply pleasant. I also want to mention that we had Brennan paint our back deck last summer. It went very smoothly. We liked his work so much that we contacted him for the painting job.

Brennan and his crew of four arrived as scheduled. All floors, furniture and other surfaces were covered well. All of the painters, including Brennan, were quiet, industrious and extremely capable in the work performed. They began on 9/30 and finished on 10/2/15 which Brennan said they would do but I was doubtful that it could be done so quickly. Almost every area of the house has high vaulted ceilings and they were able to complete the work with ladders and without scaffolding. The finished work exceeded my expectations in spite of the fact that almost all his reviews were outstanding. Brennan has an engaging personality and I enjoyed having him in our home.

Brennan Heikes and his small crew of painters did an excellent job for us on both exterior and interior painting. One year ago his outfit painted the entire exterior of our large 100-year-old house. The house looked great when they were done, and they finished when Brennan said they would. No loud radios. Always respectful. This last spring we used Brennan's outfit to do some interior painting, and we had the same positive experience. Brennan promptly answers emails, he is glad to talk through details and questions, and his manner is friendly and upbeat. I have recommended him to several neighbors and friends.

Outstanding job at all phases of this job: response to initial inquires was timely, scheduled painting time was convenient, bid was fair and competitive, painting time was well done and follow up was terrific. I called to discuss a job and reached Mr. Heikes' voicemail on two occasions. Both times I left a brief, but detailed message including my phone number. I was never called back.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WORKED VERY HARD TO PRODUCE A QUALITY JOB. EVERYONE WAS SO FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL NEVER A MESS, THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE WAS ALWAYS CLEAN FROM THE DAY'S ACTIVITES SHOWED UP EVERY DAY EVEN WHEN THE WEATHER WAS NOT SO AGREEABLE. THEY NEVER LEFT A MESS ALWAYS PICKED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. NO COMPLAINTS WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETED I RECEIVED MANY BIDS AND THEY WERE VERY FAIR I WILL USE THEM AGAIN ON ANOTHER PART OF THE HOUSE THANK YOU BRENNAN

Very responsive and reassuring up-front, however follow-through not quite so great. Granted, it was a difficult job--old, peeling garage shakes in poor condition. Main complaint was power-washing resulted in decades-old paint chips ending up throughout my yard and garden (not just adjacent the garage) despite many reassurances this would not be an issue. (This meant I had to strip off top layer of soil in my vegetable garden to remove.) Heikes not use Ben Moore paint, as promised, but vouched for the California Colors supplied by Abbott. When I had some complaints about quality of work (streaky brushwork on some trim, rough texture on the old garage siding), he took pains to explain and even extended his warranty, which I really appreciated. Despite some not-so-smart clean-up practices (washing out brushes in backyard leaving pools of diluted paint in bare soil), the crew was pleasant and respectful, and did an excellent job on two-color garage doors.

We have an older house that had lead paint and was peeling paint and exposed wood all around the house. They came out and did a great job of prepping the site. They had catch clothes out to get all the paint chips. They used manual stripping tools to get the paint off. After they scrapped off the loose paint and put the primer they painted a couple coats to make sure all the surfaces were covered. They did a quality job. It looks great and they were done within a week. They also cleaned up very nicely. After they were done other than the great paint job you could not tell they were there. Nothing left out or misplaced. I would definitely have them out again if needed for painting.

We are absolutely thrilled with the results! Brennan was a great communicator and his team was wonderful. Totally professional, hard working, perfectionists....we can't say enough good things about Brennan and his crew. Hope we have a chance to work with them again in the future!!!

The job was scheduled in the fall for spring performance. Brennan showed up on the first warm spring day and his team started scraping and preparing the paint surfaces. They did a thorough preparation and then a power wash and were very pleasant to work with. The painting team worked nicely and cheerfully together and took advantage of every warm and dry day and even stayed late and/or on weekends before threats of rain. Rain and cold interfere a bit (as expected so early) so there were a few idle days, but on the whole the job was finished in a timely manner. The back deck was postponed by rain, but as soon as it cleared they got it done and even surprised me by painting a freestanding bench. They were careful to leave lights and similar trim unpainted (except for one drier vent that got painted shut, but was easily reopened). They cleaned up meticulously at the end of every day. So far I am very pleased with the job and time will tell how well it lasts.

Brennan did a great job ? and fast. He did the basement in a short day and completed the bathroom with a partial second day. Honestly, he must live and breathe this craft because he is fast and talented. I was especially pleased that he was able to match the texture, surface and color of the painted walls with the raw dry wall. When I did a test strip, it created tons of pin holes (I guess created by the drywall bubbles). Brennan was able to make sure none of the areas showed pinholes. He also must have done a good job priming because we asked for light blue to go over dark brown. Looks great! He knows his craft! PS: Breannan was the most reasonable bid. He charged $600. The two other bids were $1,500 and $1,200 for a small-medium basement.

Brennan and his team did a great job. Brennan was really helpful during the planning process as we thought through color and what to paint. His team was very efficient, friendly and professional. I was amazed with how quickly they got things done. We had some bad weather, and they were able to be flexible and take advantage of the nice days. The house looks infinitely better now!
