Brennan was one of three bids I received. He was very competitively priced and he also was extremely responsive! He met me on our closing day (when it was somewhat chaotic) and his initial bid was very detailed. He stopped back at our house and adjusted numbers after we ended up uncovering some plaster issues in our closet. Brennan was able to fit our job in during a busy summer, even after I was delayed in getting back to him following the initial bid. The work was done quickly and VERY well! As an interior designer, I am very particular and have absolutely no hesitation recommending Brennan. I will be hiring him again for our future painting jobs! Old house homeowner tip: Brennan is extremely good at plaster work/repair and radiator painting! He repaired a large crack in our bedroom ceiling, fixed the walls in our closet after wallpaper removal revealed walls in BAD condition, and skim-coated walls and ceilings in our office to improve the overall texture. All areas look good as new with little to no signs of the previous issues. The radiators turned out great, as well!

Painting of walls was excellent. The only negative comment would be in regards to the light switch plates were damaged upon replacement and screws were missing. I had to replace all switches which was costly.

Brennan's crew was amazing--well organized, punctual, hardworking perfectionists who were here for five days and absolutely transformed our very rough woodwork into gleaming gorgeous surfaces that set off the walls beautifully. Highly recommend these guys. This is the fourth time we've hired them for homes that we own and we will hire them again!

Brennan showed up as promised and completed the job quickly and professionally. My renters had nothing but good things to say about the cleanliness of the work site and friendliness of the crew. I'm updating my previous review which stated that Brennan didn't return a call.....he DID call me back almost immediately after I posted the review (which I now regret...anyone can be delayed in returning a call for good reason!). He and his crew showed up bright and early the next day and quickly got busy to work on my project and will easily meet my deadline. I will definitely hire Brennan again after the holidays to paint my upstairs bedroom, and kitchen when my budget allows. Excellent service and a friendly, reliable and hard-working crew!

Fantastic job by Brennan and his crew. They made our old, beat up trim look new. The job took 4 days-The crew was ALWAYS on time, very professional and extremely friendly. Great job. Reasonable price. I would hire Brennan again in a heartbeat.

Although it took several days to receive my quote, once we were able to get together, Brennan was able to complete the job on my schedule. He worked over several days because of the need to repair the damaged plasterboard on our ceiling. He was careful about not allowing sanding dust throughout the house. He painted the ceiling and when finished cleaned up after himself.

It went very well. Brennan was willing to accomodate our schedule. The interior work was divided into several steps to minimize the disruption. The exterior work which included some minor repairs was very nice. Also, we were pleased with the interior work. The clean up was great inside and out.

Very good experience, efficient, good quality work

Brennan is extremely professional. His work is done when promised, completed on time and beautifully done. He worked well in coordination with floor refinishers and other contractors, often arranging to come on short notice. I cannot recommend him highly enough. We have used him before to paint the exterior of our home as well as some inside work and our deck. We will use him again!!

Brennan and his crew did a wonderful job on both my homes. He prepped, painted and cleaned up well We had a time crunch before our furniture and carpet arrived. He and a team of 5 were in my home for 3 full days and did a marvelous job. There are no brush or roller marks nor were there any paint on the ceiling or woodwork. The spray painting of the wet bar was excellent....no drips or runs. I would highly recommend Brennan and his employees. His crew remains with them. He even worked on learning Spanish so he could communicate better with his staff. On top of it, Brennan is a nice guy and a good businessman.

Brennan was professional and prompt. He did an excellent job painting the bedroom and ceiling. It was done professionally and in one day. Both my husband and I were pleased with the painting he has done for us and will continue to use him in the future and recommend him to our friends.

Things went very well, especially after a very poor start by another contractor, who just couldn't seem to show up. The Heikes crew showed up each day as promised until the job was complete & took 3 full days from start to finish. We are very pleased at the quality of the work and the professionalism of the crew. I would highly recommend Brennan to my friends and neighbors (which is how we learned of him), and we would certainly use his services again if needed.

This was a job where I contracted Brennan to do part of the house while I planned on doing some of the work myself. There was a small amount of confusion as to what Brennan's painters were contracted to finish but, ultimately, they did more work than I expected them to do.

Brennan was very responsive and punctual. His painters were able to do the work from the exterior of the house without removing the sashes, so there was no concern about lead paint entering the house. He was able to remove a huge semi-permanent window air conditioning unit for us as well. Near the end of the project I noticed some areas (only visible from inside the house) that could use some extra paint and let Brennan know. He was quick to respond. The paint job is great and holding up nicely.

They did an awesome job! Everything looked so professional. They even found a stain color that matched our other windows perfectly. Will definitely be contacting them again for future paint and stain jobs.

We had four floors of new windows that needed to be painted on the interior of the house. Brennan's estimate was detailed on what work he would perform. He was highly recommended on both Angie's List and on Nextdoor.com, so we chose him, despite the fact that his estimate was lower than others we received.. The work could not have gone smoother. The team came on the scheduled day, covered everything and got to work. They had to work around us, as we stayed in the house the entire time. The work is beautiful, and the crew was prompt, polite and professional We are so pleased - I only wish I had done the work earlier! I will be calling Brennan Heikes for all my future painting projects.
