Brennan Heikes Professional Painting

Brennan was very responsive getting us a quote and also getting started on the job. His crew was timely, polite, professional and extremely neat - the work areas were cleaned up every night and there was no trace of them when the job was complete. They were an absolute pleasure to have in the house every day! The overall quality of the work was excellent and Brennan was great to deal with. His commitment to customer service was evident in his handling of the job from start to finish - he helped with paint colors and finishes, adjusted schedules when we added more work, and ensured that we were happy with the end result. We would absolutely engage him again and would highly recommend him to others.

Not only were Brennan's reviews glowing on Angie's list but also some friends highly recommended him. So I thought he was well vetted, and am now so pleased with the outcome. From start to finish I was impressed with Brennan's patience, professionalism and commitment to service I asked a lot of questions as a nervous first time home owner and he continually answered all of them promptly. The crew was punctual and hardworking and Brennan offered to come touch up my frames after the new storm doors were installed. A board had bubbled in the sun and he fixed that with no problem as well. I even called him again to come and open some widows that had gotten stuck when I went to weatherize and he gladly returned again to help me open them. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and am so proud of the results!

I recently moved into a new house (about 4 months back) and right away I knew that I needed to repaint two rooms in my house - the sun room and the upstairs bathroom. I jumped onto Angie's list, because I knew the time and hassel for me to paint these two rooms was more than I was willing to deal with (lots of windows, trim and molding). I found Brennan's company on the site and he had great reviews. I called him over along with a few other companies to quote on the job. He was fair priced, he described the process he takes while completing the job and he promised to meet my timeline. After Brennan provided the quote we corresponded mainly by email and I decided what I wanted completed (he breaks out all aspects of the job - walls, ceilings, etc.). Brennan showed up and did a fantastic job, completing both rooms in about 6 hours. Crisp clean lines, even coats, and an overall A+ job. I for sure will be calling him back in the future for additional work.

Brennan and his crew were outstanding. They did quality work for a reasonable price in two days. We want them to come back in the spring for more painting projects!

Brennan and his crew did a great job on the entire interior of our house. They were very respectful and followed through on everything they promised to do. They worked quickly but did a really nice job and the place looks great. They even re-painted a few rooms when we were not happy with how the color turned out. He was able to fix many problems in the house and even made the living room ceiling (which had cracks in it) look brand new. I will definitely contact him again in the Spring to see if he will paint our exterior trim. If you have any kind of paint work that needs to be done by a professional with very reasonable prices, I would definitely recommend him.

Brennan and his crew were wonderful! He was very patient with me, especially when I was freaking out because I thought the colors that I had picked out were showing up wrong when I tried to sample them on the walls. He was very flexible in terms of scheduling me during a very busy time, and very efficient in terms of completing the job ahead of time. His crew were very respectful and quickly fixed a few minor mishaps that occurred during moving furniture. They took their lunch breaks on schedule and worked consistently and diligently to get the job done. Brennan came and inspected their work and agreed to have his crew do some additional picture hanging and replacement of outlet covers at a very minimal charge. His prices were very competitive and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants good, professional work done quickly and expertly.

I explained to Brennan that we didn't go with him because he wasn't able to do it as quickly as a different company. My husband and I are are procrastinators and didn't look into a painting company until a week before we wanted the painting to get done and unfortunately Brennan was booked and couldn't get started until the following week. Brennan remained professional and willing to answer all my questions even after we told him we wouldn't go with his company. I definitely would recommend is services to anyone looking to have their home painted.

Brennan came out to give me an estimate and was very thorough. I then hired Brennan and his team. He understood that I was waiting to finish moving in before all the painting was done, so he fit me in as soon as he could which I really appreciated. He was very considerate of my time as demonstrated on the first day of the project when he was running late and sent over a member of his team so I could get to work. He originally thought the project would take 3 days, but they finished everything in 2 days! My 1950s house had a lot of damaged walls ranging from poorly done sheetrock repair to peeling paint. Brennan and his team made it look like new. I was very impressed with the quality of their work. I wasn't there when they finished, but Brennan sent me an email making sure that everything was satisfactory. There were a few minor touch ups needed - things that were simply overlooked at the end of a long day of work. Brennan came out right away though to fix everything. Overall, it was a great experience, and I couldn't be happier with the work they did.

Brennan responded promptly with a reasonable bid, set a clear schedule for the work, notified us ahead of time of a slight change to the schedule, arrived as promised with a large crew and all needed equipment, and quickly and efficiently got the job done. Neighbors who watched the work in progress were impressed with the way it was done, and the results are excellent.

The team was on time, communication from Brennan was fabulous. I knew what to expect, and when to expect it. If the plan changed, he was quick to let me know. They got the work done quickly and I didn't have any surprises along the way. The team was friendly and very understanding of my 3 young children running in and around them all day! My 3 year old daughter talked to them non-stop. No one seemed bothered. The work they did was just terrific. The only down side was that the team put their drop cloths and ladders on some of my plants. the plants were ruined. I guess I would rather that than to have them scrape and sand old paint into the flower beds. If I had to do it again, I would have asked them to watch the plants. I didn't think of it at the time, and didn't notice it until after they finished and left. The team was so accommodating, I know they would have been careful had I said something. I just didn't think of it at the time.

Brennan and his team repainted our entire interior and did a great, great job. He and his team were respectful, flexible and professional. His team did excellent work, including restoring the details so that the house looked great when they were done - pictures were re-hung, paint materials were put back where they belong, etc. The entire team was easy to work with - I'll definitely call him again!

Heikes scheduled a time and date with us. As the date was arriving, we were told that our date would be pushed out due to other customers adding additional work, to weather, and to some tasks taking longer than expected. No problem. We later got a call to schedule and the crew arrived the morning of the scheduled day. The work went well and the crew did a good job of painting and protecting the parts of the house and garage that would not be painted. The job took about three days. After the job was done, we noticed a few very small places on our rafter tails that were missed. We contacted Heikes and he came out and painted them at no charge. We're happy with the work they did and would hire Heikes again.

The project went great! Brennan and his team showed up for work promptly each day and worked hard through heat and rain to get my house painted before new storm windows were installed. This included a lot of scraping and caulking, painting the stucco, trim and windows. We used a 4 paint color scheme that Brennan helped us with. What I liked most about Brennan is that he is very personable and funny. In my experience with him he was always a happy, optimistic, can do guy. I had trouble deciding on the right color and Brennan helped me with that, testing out many different paint samples for me. I switched from a two color scheme to a four color one and Brennan acted as if he was hoping for that all along. He always had positive things to say and we didn't mind having him around at all. He addressed every issue immediately and with a smile.

They did a good job. They did both repairs and painting. They communicated well, and had reasonable prices. We were very happy with their service.

Brennan painted my condo. He responded immediately to my call about an estimate, was able to come over around my schedule and got me in less then a week after the estimate. The prior paint job in my condo was very poor but Brennan and his team fixed it up so you couldnt event tell. They even put two coats of paint on the walls without me even asking. I would hire him again in a heart beat. Dont waste your time calling other painters. I did and they either wouldnt call back or never sent an estimate after looking at the place. Call Brennan.

Outstanding experience from beginning to end. First Brennan gave a very reasonable bid compared to two other top rated Angie's list painters. Second he was extremely accommodating regarding the painting date. We had exterior carpentry work done incorrectly, had to find a different carpenter and redo it, and had a changing service date. Brennan worked with us on this throughout the summer. When the date of service arrived they did a thorough power wash and allowed ample drying time for the top quality paint he used. On painting day, the team arrived early and worked dilligently all day. They taped off all edges where multiple colors had contact including all window surfaces. We were left with no paint drip marks and old ones were removed. The triple colors required exacting detail, and Steve did this to perfection. The bathroom, which required lots of painting around small fixtures, was flawless. Both the house and the bathroom were done with two coats. Finally, the deck was done last and done by brush. A beautiful job. This is a highly professional team who work together as a smoothly functioning unit. They were very accommodating and fun to work with. In all of our years using Angie's list this company stands out as the best of the best! We cannot urge you strongly enough to hire them if you want a fabulous experience with an exceptional outcome.

The house looked stupendous. Brennan and his crew were very professional and got the job done in 2 days. They even coped with my notoriously grumpy neighbor waving his cane at them. I would definitely use them again.

Brennan did a great job. The original plan was to remove the storm windows in order to have the best access. However, it turns out that once MAC puts storm windows on your house, they are there to stay! Brennan was willing and able to work around this obstacle and the windows look great. The interior work was also excellent. It's impossible to see where the ceiling was patched.

Overall, everything went like clockwork. I am very pleased with the job and Brennan was a pleasure to work with.

We are very happy! The job was completed in 2 days while we were out of town. It was wonderful to come home to a job well done, everything neatly cleaned up as well. When there were a couple questions on the job itself, Brennen communicated with us promptly and was able to complete it as scheduled in our absence. I've already recommended him to a friend and will hire his crew to complete our job when we are ready.

Called to get a bid and set an appointment, Brennan never showed up. He followed up a few days later and apologized for missing the appointment.

Brennan was very courteous and professional in his communications. Because we contacted Brennan a bit late in the season, he had to figure out a way to squeeze our project in around larger projects. He understood that we had a potential warranty issue with the new siding and had a fixed deadline that we needed to get the work done by. Brennan kept us apprised of his schedule. Most importantly, he promised to get the work done by a certain date -- and he delivered as promised. The final result was just as we had hoped. The garage looks great, and Brennan very graciously had accommodated some last-minute touches (painting the trim a certain way and the flower box) that made that final result exactly as we had envisioned. Brennan gave us appropriate guidance as to the quality of the paint supplies we were in favor of using. While on-site, Brennan was very personable and courteous in answering our questions, including those from the younger members of our family. In future, I would be glad to have Brennan work on other projects at my house. As a matter of prudence, I will get multiple estimates, but I am so pleased with the final work product on the garage, that I would give Brennan an opportunity to match any lower price so that he could have the job. A very nice man that I would be pleased to do business with in the future.

We contacted Brennan in March and asked for an estimate. Brennan was very flexible as to brand of paint and scheduling and moving furniture during painting so we chose him to repaint our home. He and his crew were very efficient and precise and finished our 3000 square foot house in 3 days. The quality and attention to detail were excellent and we are very happy.
